Your branch in Australia has the worst customer service I have ever had in my whole life. You broke your promise of delivery, did not give updates on purchase to customers and replied email in the slowest way without any constructive advice. After I process my refund, I swear I will never buy from your dumb website and tell everyone I know to avoid you.

Its me again, since you incessantly ignore your emails from unhappy customers that you have scammed yet reply straight away to your reviews I thought it would be more appropriate to respond to your rude and unempathetic response here.

...yeah its called MANIPULATION. You manipulate people into handing over their hard earnt dollars all while thinking they are buying something from a legitimate site but either take months to see their product or never see it or don't even get a refund!!

If someone gets an email from a company asking them to update their details and get scammed that way they may have willingly Handed over their details even though the email was from a scam artist but it doesn't make the scammer any less horrible and pathetic. Clearly that person was manipulated. And that's what you are, a pathetic SCAM artist don't even try to deny it because everyone knows.

3: you asked me to "kindly be patient with our team". Love, I've been "patient" for a whole MONTH. it is now winter in Australia and people are freezing at night we needed to get these sleeling bags out immediately. Don't tell people products take 2 to 5 or whatever days to get dispatched then when they complain about waiting a whole month tell then to be patient. Do better.

You say "someone from our team will respond to you" like you have a whole team of people working behind you when its clearly just YOU! you know people are complaining here then purposely ignoring their emails. Your a dodgy drop shipper that takes customers money and runs.

If me and ALLL the customers here who are complaining are wrong, then simply TELL us where are products are. Why no tracking? That's strange.

TOTAL SHAM - AVOID!!!!!

Don't bother with this company, total sham. Maybe just a front to get mailing list details to on-sell??!! No confirmation ever received and money was fully refunded. In the meantime received text messages from an Aust. Mobile number asking if I wanted a discount on the (unavailable) goods. Very unprofessional and crossing the boundary of abusing my personal details. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worst delivery service ever( Australia )

I have ordered washing machine on 26 april and didnot received item, then i email them to give update on my order. They respond and give options of refund and re order for fast delivery on 17 may. Again no updates on my order. I have now requested for order cancel and refund.
The site says 2-5 business days.
I am really dissapointed with the service.
I hope my refund will be done soon

Slow communication and service

Ordered as t&c says 2-5 business days. 2.5 wks later still waiting on my order: Order #1915. Nobody picks up the phone. Such slow replies to my emails. So quick to take my $$, so slow to deliver or even update on status. Would never use Aromadonna AUS again.

Looks like a scam. :) 7 weeks and nothing delivered.

Choosed more expensive delivery option at checkout (1-3 business days). Now it is 7 weeks since my purchase and nothing delivered. Contacted customer service and been asked to allow 2 more weeks to process my order. Looks like a scam.
Highly recommended to avoid this company.

Scam company. Items never arrived.

Bought a perfume, took a more expensive 2-3 d delivery. After a month, didn't got any update, and nothing nothing. Contacted customer service and been asked to wait another week to get "Order update by email" not even delivery! So now, all deadlines passed and nothing received. Sent an email asking for a refund and never got an answer. This company is a scam. Avoid at any cost.
Update:
Since my purchase 3+ months.
Since last email 11 days.
No answer. No refund. No delivery. No delivery email.
Scam.

No confirmation email about the tent I’ve purchased on their site, I’ve phoned straight to voice auto msg that says they will send your number to the company for them to call you back endlessly, I’ve emailed them through the email they provided, I’ve even searched ways to get someone to msg or call me about my order I haven’t received, like what the Fkn!!! I’m so annoyed it’s time for this company to be shut the F down!!! Stop lying and scamming farken people!!!

If you have emailed us, and not had a response, it's likely because you have emailed us on a weekend, of which we do not respond to emails on weekends, only business days. If it has been longer than 2 business days, it's totally possible your email has slipped between the cracks (spam filter) and we would encourage you to follow up again.

I must also emphasize that we are not a scam, and have many happy customers, we do not actively collect reviews on this platform.

If it has been longer than 5 business days and you have not received order tracking, it's likely due to a stock issue, or delayed shipping date, simply email us a cancellation request, and we will refund the order back to your selected payment method.

The worst ever

So I decided to buy from this company, first it took ages for them to ship it out. I sent countless of emails asking for my order and up to now no one has answered. The pa revel was shipped but I never got it. I sent more emails asking them to contact the courier . It’s been more than 15 days and no one response from them. Now I will have to dispute the money from my bank.
Terrible service.
Update: I contacted dpd and they told me the vendor should contact them to see what they can do. I sent you two emails but you never replied. But you prefer to reply here threatening, and the email I received from you was from aromadonna AU not aromadonna UK. So as I said contact dpd because my order wasn’t delivered to me and they Need you to give them instructions as to what to do. And I have records of my conversation with the, I can use it to dispute my money, stop threatening people due to your incompetence

Poor in every way

Poor in every way. I have finally got my money back because my credit card company arranged it. The 'perfume' (my favourite for years) was fake. It has taken 4 months to get to this point and I will be handing the product to Trading Standards. I will never use them again, ever.

Poor company to buy from

Ordered a very expensive bottle of creed 10 days ago, no dispatch email and nothing delivered. Was for a 21st birthday which I had to go and buy from a store so now I am almost £300 out of pocket!! Very poor customer service and not even a phone number to get in touch with them just email. I’ve emailed and asked for a refund but doubt I’ll get one. My order number is #4730. Be careful if using this company! You confirm shipping on here, but no email to say that! No tracking number or anything, still suspicious to me. No item will be delivered so how can it be returned for a refund?

days later...no package..no response from customer service

I placed an order on March 25th and paid extra for the the 3-5 day shipping option,but it is now April 12th and still have not received any of my order,and have not received any updates on it.I have emailed them 5 times since April 3rd,and haven't received any response. I have always loved ordering from them shipping was delay but as far as customer service responding back I can see now that,that was probably my fault due to on the website it does say don't send multiple emails or pushes all the ones from same customer to the back so I apologize for that and I am just glad I finally will be receiving my order thank you Aromadonna for getting back to me.

Awful awful company

Awful awful company! I bought 2 bottle of perfume for my daughters 23rd birthday one being 100ml Hugo Boss orange and 50ml Daisy Daze Marc Jacobs. I ordered these on the 21st March they only arrived today 4 days late and when I opened my parcel I had been given a USED TESTER bottle of Hugo Boss orange?!? Ordered from this website in the past and had zero issues, so I assumed that it was legitimate. However, I placed an order on February 21, 2021 and have still not received the order OR any update on the status. I have emailed the company THREE times and no response. Nothing at all. The money has already been taken from my account and conveniently, there is no option on the website to cancel the order. It says the order was fulfilled on February 23rd, however, it was never shipped??? What. A. Joke. Do not order from these scammers.
