To address your other concerns, we are not fake, and all customers receive their orders if for some reason an order cannot be fulfilled, a refund is issued.

Ordered on 17th December,they say you will have in 2-5 days.After numerous in answered emails and being told below hope you enjoy your item lol WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE, I had to get in touch with Clearpay 06/01/21 who miraculously got an email straight away 👀. I now have been refunded. Thanks Clearpay and cut your ties with aromodonna as they are fraudsters

I haven’t received my order and it’s been a month. However, I did get a response to my email asking me to wait until 4/1. I asked “ April 1st?!!!!!!” The response was that’s the format for Jan 4, in what country? I’ve already purchased the cologne elsewhere. Never ordering from here again.

Also bad experience here. Just stay away from them! It’s nearly 4 weeks now and nothing. I’ve requested to cancel my order but no reply. Soon I’ll be calling my bank and reporting them to Trading standards. I advice everyone to do the same.

This company is a disgrace. I wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering from them. I ordered some perfume at the end of November 2020 and have heard nothing since— No updates, no response to my numerous emails. Avoid this company at all costs.
