We can see that there was a delivery attempt, however, there was nobody home to accept the parcel, therefore it was returned to sender.

Once the parcel arrives back to us a full refund will be processed.

Where's the item???

I placed an order on the 2nd February with a 3-5 day delivery, it's now 10 days later and no closer to knowing if it's even been dispatched... I have tried contacting customer services but all I get in response is misleading deflective responses.. I am now going to seek refunds.. I won't get the item in time for valentines, what a waste and disappointment. Taking advantage of people...terrible

DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered a product early December 2020, stated 3-5 working days it will be delivered.. 2 weeks later just before Christmas not received it. Requested to cancel, customer service never got back to me. I am £50 down, its now February and customer service is non existent and I've been begging for my refund. This item was sent back through DPD as well so should of been tracked. Just constantly ignored and sadly £50 out of pocket.

Please avoid this company.

I placed an order on January 26th 2021. I have emailed customer service twice because in the statement it states that orders would be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. I have yet to hear from Aroma Donna and I have a payment that is coming out again but I have not received my product. I am requesting a full refund of the money that I have paid so far and I will never do business with Aroma Donna again

10 days. No response from company...

Ordered over 9 days ago and have not heard a thing. I made several purchases online the same day and have received all of them!! Not a peep from this company. Even after sending an email. Boo. Was supposed to be a Valentine’s Day gift. Guess I have to get a refund. If they even respond to that.

I'm giving 2 stars because they have a great selection of fragrences. Some are overpriced but balanced out with others that are reasonable. Unfortunately that is as good as it gets. The customer service is shocking and delivery time is....Well how long is a piece of string? 3 weeks in and I am still waiting. I have never known an order with a tracking number for 6 days but DPD do not have it. These guys are super chilled and half arsed. No doubt I will get an overly nice reply to this review that has an undertone of we don't care go fluff yourself. Fair play.

Dont do it

Never even shipped my order a week after purchase. When i emailed and asked where my order was and told them i had found all the bad reviews. As far as them never delivering or coming 2 months later or not refunding people.... they sent my refund. No apologies, explanation or NOTHING. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
