where has this grocery food delivery website gone, when you try the link now it turns into selling doughnuts! disappointed with transparency, honesty.

disappointed that fresh veg ,fruit and dairy no longer stocked . Loaf ordered was not available so I'm expecting a refund . I would have preferred a substitute.

I ordered frozen berries, which arrived as unfrozen mush. I emailed Arrow Fresh immediately and received an automatic reply stating they would get back to me soon, usual within the hour on a working day - that was last Thursday afternoon. I write on Monday evening having just received an email requesting I leave a review. I am unsatisfied with my order and the lack of response from Arrow fresh.
I would appreciate a personal response to my email from Arrow Fresh

I paid for next day courier delivery. It didn’t turn up so now arriving the following day. I emailed the company, got a return email saying they would reply within an hour and got nothing. Called the company, just goes to voicemail that they are busy!

Good produce well packed and convenient delivery times

I’m always impressed with the quality of the fresh food delivered to my door. I especially like the bespoke independent shops that Arrow Fresh support.
This is a unique service that I’m happy to be part of and the customer service is outstanding!

Have given you 5 stars for fast delivery, the pies 🥧 are so good but the amount of salt in them is a bit too too much, if this could be reduced then I’m sure they would be great

Excellent product which was halloumi squeeky cheese, which was delivered promptly, at the time/date stated, and in excellent condition.
Can highly recommend this company and product.

Excellent range of products, and wonderful quality too. I like the speedy delivery and availability of slots. Overall I’d say excellent value for fresh, local produce, direct to my door. I’ve had a couple of minor issues but these were swiftly resolved to my satisfaction

How on earth can you justify charging £19.49 for one 100g soap? costing £6.50, shipping at £12.99 and taxes at £3.25. I wholly understand that we have been through a pandemic and businesses have suffered greatly, but so has the general public and we don't need to be taken for a ride by businesses like yours.

Ordered fresh and frozen fish towards the end of week to ensure delivery beginning of next week for a special birthday. Paid extra shipping cost for frozen. Got a call from Arrow to say their dry ice supplier let them down so could not send frozen. The fresh box was delivered by DPD and then driver returned and took box back saying it was not for me. The photo DPD sent me showed my name and address on the box, but that made no difference. Contact with Arrow resulted in no promised explanation or fix!

Great strawberries , raspberry’s really wonderful taste

Local supplier for excellent quality fresh produce. Prompt delivery by cheerful drivers. A little more expensive but well worth the money. Great company to deal with.

Ordered twice now and both orders have been packed and delivered great. I love how easy it is to get your favourites brought right to your door! Fab service ☺️

I received an order yesterday ready for a Junemas lunch for family who missed out at Christmas ! Easy ordering and delivery down in Sussex all in perfect condition. Everything looks really good and so far the salmon and strawberries have been tested and are *****. Good job !

Great food fast delivery and the one error in product delivered rectified quickly

UPDATE: I was contacted by Arrow Fresh both by email and telephone about my review - they apologised for the inaccurate information and asked me to remove my review from Trustpilot.
They have now adjusted the product listings to describe items as 'fresh produce' instead of local.
A great response - it's refreshing to see a company actively engage with issues and seek change.

Original review: I was looking for locally grown fruit & veg, so I was really pleased to find Arrow Fresh.

The website clearly marks each product so you know which ones are local produce and which are from further afield.

I placed my order and within a couple of hours my order arrived - amazing delivery time and friendly driver.

However, according to the packaging some of my 'local produce' items were grown in Kenya and Holland... Not local to me in Wakefield that's for sure!

This needs to be addressed - the product origins on the website are currently very misleading.

Absolutely understand that there are many fruits & veg that can't be grown in our climate - the website needs to be adjusted to reflect this so that the consumer understands what they're buying and where it came from.

More transparency please!

These guys are amazing....despite living several hundred miles away goods arrived still FROZEN and in amazing condition.

Definitely using again......get ordering !
