2 elements of my order were unavailable and rather than faff about with refunds they just delivered the missing items the following day. No hassle and no fuss

Ordered goodies for my Dad’s Birthday (he was born and bred in Yorkshire) and he loved it! Excellent choice of items, fresh produce and AMAZING customer service that ensured it was delivered on the big day. Already planning another order for Mum’s Birthday in April, as she also loved the products. Cannot fault this lovely company at all!

Wonderful service, where else can one have freshly prepared vacuumed packed meat along with a supply of vitamins and ibuprofen and lovely bakery goods? All at competitive prices.
No competing for delivery slots three weeks hence,as with supermarkets. I was offered three dates, all within a few days from my ordering.
Prompt friendly service of well packaged produce.

Awful customer service. I placed an order and a few days later I got the message from the delivery company with my time window, and therefore stayed home for that entire time. However, whilst sat at home waiting I got a text from them saying they were unable to deliver and that they had left a calling card. I can see the only entrance to my street from my window, no Van came in the street and no one attempted to deliver anything to my house, there is no tricky access or anything, they definitely did not attempt delivery, and certainly I was not left a calling card. I double and triple checked both the address I provided arrow fresh with and around my property for this card they apparently left. This order was for part of a gift that was required on the day that I paid £7 for them to deliver, so I’m sure you can imagine my frustration, especially seeing as it was so expensive. The company asked me to re book delivery which is of course no use to me as I needed it that day , it would have been useless to me then, and I’d imagine also out of date seeing as it’s fresh food. I obviously got in contact with the company (which is impossible over the phone) I had to message them 3 times before I got a response, and finally when I did they offered me a bottle of alcohol ‘to the value of my order’ which is of course laughable... if I wanted alcohol I would have purchased that... when I told them that that was obviously not satisfactory at all they then said they had to investigate the delivery and were incredibly cold and rude, took ages to reply each time. Eventually I did get a full refund so at least I didn’t lose money however I have been in no way compensated for the fact that I never received the items that I trusted this company to supply me with. Long story short unreliable and when you inevitably have issues with your order, the customer service you will receive will be pitiful.

Can’t fault this company. When you call them it’s like calling your local shop. Great range of products and organic produce. It’s become my one stop shop. Love it.
