Absolutely love this company... Produce us super fresh, beautifully but enviromentally packaged. With returns for boxes etc. Great quality and good value. Fab and local.

I bought this as a 10th wedding anniversary gift for my daughter and son in law. I am very impressed with the way you kept me informed as to the delivery times etc of this gift and they were both delighted with it.

I found very few hampers with savoury contents which is what I was looking for and that is how I found you through an internet search.

On the 21st January I emailed Arrow Fresh to congratulate them on there excellent customer service - what a difference 4 months make.

Having ordered 11 items, my order arrived with paperwork for 11 items but only 7 items in the package.

I phoned customer services to explain and was told that they had had a run on the items. They said they would send them on when they were back in stock however I would have to pay additional postage - not really acceptable as it was not my fault my order was not fulfilled.
Next I find a credit on my card for 3 of the 4 items. I phone up again and was told yes this was incorrect and I would be credited for the additional item. I am still waiting...........
What has happened to your customer service?

The true indication of a business attitude to customer service is how they handle an issue when things don’t go correctly. (And this happens from time to time)

I have had 2 emails over the weekend from the operations director apologising, sorting out the credit issue and offering to ring me personally when the items are back in stock.

ANY COMPANY CAN SELL AN ITEM, IT TAKES A COMPANY COMMITTED TO ITS CUSTOMERS AND AFTER CARE TO GO THE EXTRA MILE AND ENSURE THEY ARE TRULY HAPPY.

Usual friendly an efficient delivery , plus a prompt response to my email that they’d missed something off the order , making a special journey to bring it out to me !

I messed up with delivery dates- put wrong one in my diary- and as usual the team were really friendly when I rang and didn’t actually point out that I was wrong😁

A great company with excellent quality products. Very flexible and easy to deal with. Items are securely packaged and chilled goods are kept cold using a combination of thick insulated packing and freezer packs. Highly recommended

The delivery is very fast. It’s not just the same day but sometimes even less than hour from the moment I submitted the order. Quality of products is good and what is also important - very nice customer support. I order from arrow fresh often and there were cases when I needed a help from customer support. Everything was resolved immediately

I ordered little moons to Aberdeen Scotland and they firstly arrived melted however I got a refund straight away then I got another sent out and arrived safe and sound! Would order again x

I have used Arrow Fresh a couple of times and have no complaints.
There is a great choice of items, good quality and prices.
Everything is well packed, frozen food has arrived still frozen so can conveniently go in to the freezer.
If items aren't available then I've have been offered some substitutes.
I would recommend the company and I will continue to order from them.

Longley Farm yoghurts are the only ones mum will eat at age 90. It’s nice to know that we can rely on Arrow Fresh to deliver them every fortnight

Usual good friendly service, prompt delivery. Range of interesting products as well as staples. A small slip was corrected immediately on contacting Arrowfresh , with full compensation and a friendly message from Harry

Cannot recommend highly enough. I mainly buy the veg and fruit boxes, delicious yoghurts and bread, together with the odd little delicacy - particularly when found in the special offers which are always worth checking out! The quality of the fruit and veg is a cut above anything I've ever bought from the supermarket and doesn't work out much, if any, more expensive (particularly if you're buying the boxes, and I'm talking Morrisons here, not Waitrose...) It's fabulously tasty, and with a decent shelf life. I put my order in at 11.50pm this week, and it came the next day with no substitutions. Wow. Arriving loose in boxes/ bags which Arrow Fresh take back/ re-use and with a focus on locally and responsibly sourced products, it ticks the eco box for us. The office staff/ delivery people are lovely, too. It's fair to say that the family and I are massive fans!
