Not a very good experience Started out very good. Then 3 times to our home to get correct measurements and not much for communication and follow up.

Great service all around
It was very easy to schedule a time for someone to come and give an estimate. When that person came, he was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time explaining everything about the lift and what they would need to do to the home. The insulation went very smoothly and the worker took a lot of time with my parents explaining how to use the lift and what different functions there were and made sure they were comfortable with everything before he left.

Service and salesman
The salesman (Todd) was great and not pushing. He explained the chair lift unit very well. The only thing better would be if the company would install one in the back of his van that was on slides to pull it to the back of his van and he could let the rail down. Then he could actually show one. I drove 120 miles so I could see one in action. The installer did a fine job also.

An install well done.
The install was prompt, The technician who did it was very competent and courteous, and the job he did was very well done. We are discovering new and pleasing things about our lift chairs as we use them, which is considerable. The technician even indicated that Arrow would check in after a while to see how the lift are operating.
