Great experience all the way around!
The whole process was very simple. We went and tried the chairs and Todd was good and pointing out advantages and disadvantages to the “add-ons” and also for the type of chairs. They came out and measured and we were able to get the chair installed 3 days after moving into condo. My mother-in-law loves it.

Professionalism
The estimate person was right on time, and he answered all my questions, and left me the information. The installation team was on time, and when he began installing the chairs power supply at the bottom of the stairs I asked him if he could move it to the top of the stairs, and he was very accommodating having no problem doing that. The installation was very professional.

I have had very little trouble with my lift. The one time I did, they were very responsive with the turnaround time to fix it.

Lift was fine and worked for the short…
Lift was fine and worked for the short time we had it… however, buyer beware. The buy back offer is a bit misleading. We were told at the time we purchased this lift that we would get back a certain percentage back if we no longer needed the lift, even since it was a remanufactured unit. We had it for less than 14 months and were expecting at least 20% back. However, when it came time to have it uninstalled, we were told that “since it was a reconditioned lift the buy back was determined by the date the lift was built not when it was installed”. Also at that time, we were told that we wouldn’t be getting anything back because of the this manufactured date and that it was beyond the buy back timeframe. She said she would make an exception in our case and give us 10% back which calculated to $300.00.
We’ve already received the $300 and appreciate how quickly you got this to us…this buy back program should be a litt clearer at the time of purchase.

Friendly and knowledgeable salesman and installer. The chair lift is very noisy and the extension arm at the bottom bangs down very hard,
I'm pleased to have it so I still can live on the second floor.
