Be aware. They don't send subscription renewal notification emails. We had an annual subscription, and by the time we noticed that the subscription was renewed, they would not refund the payment even though we had not used the service for almost a year.

You can't even manage your subscription on your account page, no cancel button or instructions. Instead, you have to search on the help site and then send a message to ask them to cancel the subscription. Very poor experience.

I can tell you the review process is professional and they demand the maximum quality from their contributors.
Everytime I browse the library I can find amazing clips, really inspiring and unique.
I think that for the price they charge the deal is really good of what you get.

Artgrid.io is a scam . It just debited my account for £197 that I never subscriebd or authorise. DO NOT DEAL with this company. THEY ARE FRAUD. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD NUMBER

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not make the mistake of signing up for an account. I signed up and cancelled before my one year renewal because I was not using it. I received a message from them saying my subscription was cancelled and I would not get recharged. However, once the renewal date came around, my credit card was still charged. I reached out to customer service 3 times and have not heard back. They do not have a phone number available anywhere on the site. And their email address is hidden in FAQs (you really have to dig for it). I have now wasted at minimum two hours trying to contact them. I am still trying to resolve this but will most likely have to contest the charge with my credit card company which is an additional hassle.

I was billed for a recurring yearly account I did not authorize.

Takes couple weeks to catch up support but got my money from subscription back. Actually has good footages, but kinda expensive

However still a good idea to have auto-renew option ON-OFF directly from your account.

No one is answering to my email for refund. Auto-renew option is by default and THERE IS NO OPTION to stop it from your account. Paid $299 for one more year WITHOUT my permission and there is no contact with the support team for cancelling and refund.. If you want to cancel the subscription you'll have to stop your credit card with the bank, because they will use it for years... as it looks like.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I have been waiting to hear back to get my full refund as I was also made to think that this was a monthly plan, not an entire year subscription. Their website states you have 14 days to get your full refund, so I am really hoping that they pull through and respond to me before then, but after reading these reviews I am losing hope.

To be fair, yes, this is quite expensive so if you're not prepared to pay 200-300 dollars, don't sign up. But!! I began using Artgrid in April 2022 and it has been proven useful! It's a great alternative to platforms that only have the standard stock video stuff. I like videos on here because some (or at least the ones I use) look more authentic. The price could be a teeny bit cheaper OR maybe there should be a monthly plan since I don't download videos on here every day but until then, I'll have to make do.

the website advertises a monthly price and when I realized my error... I contacted Artgrid for a refund. Artgrid declined since I downloaded some stock footage. ok I said refund 11 months and charge me for 1 month.

never again. even though I have paid for a full year. I won't use their service due to their poor customer service.

Great footage, easy to use, but be aware of the autorenewal process. Just email them in time. I found cutomer support very responsive and effective. The interface should give the option to de-select auto renewal hence 4 stars and not 5 stars.

There is no cancel subscription button on their website unless you contact them directly. Not to mention that the subscription information is being hidden intentionally. What’s worse, it is very difficult to get in contact with their customer service. It took me couple of emails to make then reply and cancel my subscription. And, they still charged me after I canceled.

This site is a scam. It tells you that the first 7 days is a trial. You can't do anything except look at footage. You have to pay for the sight to actually download footage. If you download the footage

I cannot even get the site to load. Every other video will work but most did not even allow the sample to.work. I would pay for it if I could ..and I could use it .. but oh well

A huge con. You're advised you can sign up for a 'free account' when after you attempt to do so, you get stung for an entire year. Cue arguing with Art Grid for several days whilst their skeleton crew eventually decide to refund you. Having used Envato, Istock, etc these guys are absolute cowboys in comparison.
Total con - avoid like the plague.

You need to pay a full 1 year subscription in order to get their 30$ or whatever / month price.

DO NOT TRY THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO LIGHT $360 ON FIRE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T TRY IT OUT FOR 14 DAYS TO SEE HOW WELL THE DOWNLOADS LOOK IN 4K, YOU CAN ONLY LOOK AT CLIPS FOR 14 DAYS...WHICH YOU CAN DO REGARDLESS OF THE SUBSCRIPTION. SO SCAMMY!
Some of the downloads never even came through to my email either and I had to download several times. I will not stop until I get my money back because this is ridiculous. I've contacted my bank Goldman Sachs an hopefully they can get the money returned to me.

Basically I tried for a year, went through the song and dance of having to try and cancel my subscription through their support. Because I just needed it for a few months. They confirmed it was cancelled. Because you can't do it online. They still billed me this year and then didn't answer any of my emails. It's currently in a charge back with my bank to try and get my money back.

Footage looks good, but it's a small library. Biggest complaint is how hard it is to cancel. You can't do it yourself. You have to deal with customer service which to me means, they are intentionally trying to make it difficult to get your money. Super scammy vibes.

Good Quality Clips - Terrible User Interface

The user interface is the most painful thing I've ever experienced. It takes over 60 seconds and three different pages to download each individual clip!

The footage is great, but the platform itself is terrible.

Also, their other platform Artlist is a giant collection of the worst, most unusable music I've ever heard.

They will never be as a good as storyblocks, where you can download each clip in one click.
