Easy website to navigate, amount of items for sale phenomenal. There are items that are really unique in their design. The prices are astounding.
Good communication as to when to expect delivery of my item. The quality of my sideboard is amazing. I would say instructions easy to follow as my daughter built this for me.
After service was astounding as I was contacted to see if everything was okay with my sideboard.
I would highly recommend buying from this company as they are one of the nicest companies I have ever dealt with.

Very poor experience. When I received my item it was nothing as described and therefore sent the item back. It has been nearly 2 months and I have not received a refund and no answer to my emails.

Lovely wardrobe. Easy to assemble. Kept hold of it for a couple of extra weeks until I was ready for it. Very pleased with it.

Do not purchase from this company. Ordered from Ebay, advert said free delivery, waited and waited, bed is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, only to get a message saying they won't deliver and cancelling the order. If you want something that actually arrives, order elsewhere.

Easy to order, came before the date advertised, easy to get in contact to change anything and they were so lovely on the phone. The unit is well made, easy to build and looks great. Highly recommended as a company….and even a call to see if all was ok. Excellent service.

Company did very well. Delivery was good and as expected. Item arrived on time and in good order. Instructions on assembly were very clear and easy to follow and we are very pleased with the end result.

I was kept up to date with the delivery and when it was scheduled it arrived when they said it would. I then had a follow up phone call a week later to check I was happy with the item and that it had arrived undamaged. Really lovely customer service not many places follow up like that so it was a really good thing to see 5*’s

Item was sent with a European Plug rather than UK plug. Ten days on and the company are still refusing a full refund. They have sent one adapter which is incompatible and I am now awaiting a second adapter. The company should be aware of the specifics of the items they are advertising and selling.

Fantastic customer service! Very prompt replies when I needed help and the resolved the issue no fuss in a matter of days. Very happy with my experience.

great quality products that would look great in any home . well packed and delivered with care by two professional delivery men , assemble instuctions was easy to follow and looks greater than pics when assembled. very pleased with items and excellent customer service from Kris who looked after me from ordering to delivery and great items are value for money, 5* Arthauss Furniture

Furniture came on time . Delivered by 2 polite and professional delivery workforce staff.
Easy to follow instructions completed in 3 hrs .
Real please with finished items they look lovely.

The quality of the item is poor to satisfactory.
Low grade pressed wood type for furniture and was flimsy when put together.

Not worth the long wait or the price of the item.

A***** company with first rate communications throughout. My order was delivered as scheduled with regular updates. Excellent quality coffee table (which took a while to assemble, but the instructions were clear). I wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing from them again.

Delivery was made exactly at the scheduled time, very professional. Furniture of great quality, not easy to put together but thankfully coming with very clear instructions. Would recommend at least two persons to build the furniture as there are a few long and heavy parts to play with.
