I ordered some beautiful glass baubles on Monday, hoping they would arrive in time for Saturday. The website mentioned a 3–5 day lead time, so I kept an eye on the order. By Wednesday it was still only showing as “confirmed,” so I called on Thursday to check in.

The person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and explained that they were running a bit behind with orders, but she assured me she would get mine sent out that day. Sure enough, the parcel arrived on Saturday—just in time!

The baubles themselves are absolutely beautiful and excellent quality—exactly what I was hoping for.

Useless company, ordered two small baskets, took weeks to arrive, finally arrived, one damaged, returned the damaged one and waited for a replacement, days go by so I e mailed, they told me a refund was given by mistake and if I want I can order another. No thanks. Pathetic.

Firstly the positives - really nice web site, easy to order.

It arrived in good packaging, in the original box from the factory in China.

The basket looks quite good from a distance.

That's it, now the bad...

From my experience, the items look better than they are.

I ordered a laundry basket. It was quite cheap, so wasn't expecting top quality, I'll just say it isn't good value, the quality is equivalent to the price point. No evidence of weaving or wicker basket design prowess - cheap material, cheaply made but probably about right for the price paid.

I doubt it's willow, there are many broken corners, snapped strips and jagged edges protruding, not made with single long strips but a combination of different lengths, some quite short - and clearly not soaked properly before weaving. It's common to have end pieces on any wicker, but the ends on this thing are not finished, they're sharp. If you use the basket without the lining it will rip holes on your clothes - no doubt it will rip holes in the lining before long. If you're not careful you'll cut yourself touching the outside, a small child could even take an eye out.

Paid for next day delivery, arrived one day late.

If you want to return it, it's at your own expense and you have just 7 days. I can't be bothered, I gambled and lost, I don't hate it, I don't love it either.

I’m very pleased with my distilled Whicker storage trunk. I’m delighted with the quality & speed of delivery. Also excellent communication regarding delivery .. I’m very pleased.

Do not buy from this company- bought 3 sheepskins through Amazon, tried to cancel them shortly after and despite them not being shipped- 2 hrs later items were shipped and then told they couldn’t cancel! Items arrived damaged anyway- poor packaging and sheepskins hanging out of box- sent the whole lot back for refund- they received all 3 but only refunded for 1! Now is a process with Amazon to claim refund for the other 2 - obvious the other 2 were in there so can only assume this seller is dodging the refund on other 2- not an insignificant amount either nearly £170 owed- very poor comms, poor customer service

I liked the product. It was the extra large trunk in natural wicker. Lovely, holds a lot. I paid for quick delivery, didn't receive it. I also found the packaging flimsy. Item was covert with flimsy sheeting and flimsy cardboard box. I had two holes in box, fortunately nothing was damaged.

I ordered 3 woven baskets, 4 cushion covers and a sheepskin rug. The quality of the products is amazing, and delivery was fast. The sheepskin rug and cushions are fantastic quality and very luxurious. Baskets are good and look very pretty.

First time ordering from this company. I ordered a wicker tree skirt and it arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described. It was also far better quality than others I had seen and was worth paying a bit extra for. The delivery was fast too considering it was Christmas. I was happy with my purchase :)

I’ve just received an order for some beautiful Christmas tree glass baubles. I rarely write reviews, but I’m so impressed with the quality of these! They’re really the best I’ve ever bought. They were very carefully packaged and were delivered promptly too! Will definitely buy from Arthur Cameron again!

I purchased the cracked glass ornaments. Loved them that much I ordered some more. Very well packaged on delivery.

I had no issues with the quality of the product, but exchanging an item and dealing with their customer service team is painful at best, and I therefore I wouldn't purchase from them again.

Bought a wicker trunk (which was not cheap) which subsequently fell apart as screws were simply screwed into the actual wicker...I must stress this trunk was bought to store bedding and is in the spare room. It has had little or no use (in fact has only been opened two or three times since purchase). On contacting this company I was firstly told "get someone to help you and just apply some superglue...that should hold it" then when I wanted to return it was informed it was outwith the returns period. Very bad shoddy workmanship and awful customer service. And I'm not one for leaving reviews normally. Be warned. Buy at your peril.

I had to write a review as the Christmas decorations I’ve just received are exceptional. I am a little obsessed when Christmas and thought I knew who stocked the best quality baubles …. But these are something else. They all arrived so beautifully and perfectly packaged. And the weight of them is incredible. I’m amazed. Of course they come with an “amazing” price tag as I could do with more but may have to wait until next year. But they will certainly be my go to from now on

Ordered a large basket through Amazon. Big mistake to send our basket through Royal Mail. It was due to arrive Wednesday, which was changed to Thursday. Checked with Amazon which showed it was out for delivery by Royal Mail. My wife and I work with Service Veterans and had three visits arranged for today. Spoke to Royal Mail and they did not know if it would be delivered today, as a matter of fact they did not know where it was. Certainly will not order again

First class service with excellent delivery

My first time ordering from Arthur Cameron and I am very impressed! In just over 24 hours the large storage basket for my grandchildren’s toys arrived and it is lovely, good quality and the perfect size. I will definitely place further orders with this company. Excellent service.

Ordered a ‘quad’ sheepskin rug, which was delivered promptly and carefully packaged in a large cardboard box. I ordered in a beautiful olive green colour, which is absolutely stunning and much nicer in reality. No nasty smell with this sheepskin rug either, it just smells lovely and ‘new’. Looks great on our harbour grey wood flooring. No hesitation in recommending.

Arthur Cameron has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I bought a rug that was too big for my room (which arrived just 2 days after ordering). The staff were so quick to organize a pick up and I got refunded within a few days. Also, the quality of the product was truly excellent 👍 and the price was very competitive compared to bigger companies. Will continue to support this excellent small business!
