Ordered a large grey wicker trunk and received an orange one. Contacted the company who said variations in colour can occur.. they are two completely different colours. I can return at my own expense but due to being such a large item this will prove costly. John Lewis have similar so I would purchase from there

Disappointing
I knew I bought a “seconds” wicker trunk with the lid not quite fitting and that was fine. The problem is the quality of the item. I bought it as a toy trunk for my grandson but can’t use it for that purpose because bits of sharp wicker are sticking out everywhere, making it unsafe. I am very disappointed, as I can’t return it as a seconds purchase.
