Beautiful Clean and Conveinient Flat.

Beautiful clean flat with fridge and well equiped kitchen, conveinient accommodation for 8 adults in double rooms. Close to the city centre, walking distance. Clear instruction and quick response with any communication. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Honestly…

I like the honesty of saying that we’re short staffed at times because that helped me to be more patient with the process. I’ll be honest the process felt like a bit of a drag but once you see the room your mind is excited. Thank you for engaging to make the contract work. I’m yet to see the other benefits as well

My short stay at Hasan's

The space was comfortable, cozy, and just like the pictures. I would recommend staying here if looking to be just outside of Cardiff City Center but close enough to walk there.

Great apartment

Great apartment, very clean and tidy. Free on street parking is a bonus!
Great location, only 25 minutes walk in to Cardiff centre. Would recommend.

Very satisfied customer

The room I stayed in was small&cozy, the rest of the rooms were in good shape and I could always find what I needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Cardiff!

Poor communication and business standards

Nightmare! Wrong description on Booking. The deposit for the accommodation is not "collected" but has to be transferred to their account, which I did dutifully. Hasan was quick to push for the 200 GBP deposit - weeks before they deposit was due or before they had even sent any payment instructions. It took me several e-mails to receive their payment instructions. For the refund, they suddenly make up their own rules now. Guests must have a WISE account for the refund! This has never been communicated beforehand and is not part of the contract via Booking. Also, they wanted to trade a discount on the next stay in turn for a good feedback. No! Not with this mess!

Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify that all the information regarding the deposit process was communicated in advance. Given you are an international guest outside of the UK, unfortunately, our business bank does not support direct international transfers for deposits, which is why we advised you to use WISE, an extremely well-known and trusted international payment platform. This method was recommended to us by our bank, and we communicated this to you multiple times in an effort to facilitate the deposit repayment. However, you declined to use WISE, which made it difficult to proceed.

We are a truly committed family business, and it is disheartening to see our reputation damaged when we’ve been transparent throughout the process. All relevant information was provided, and we always aim to support our guests and resolve any issues as smoothly as possible.
