I stayed here for a concert
I stayed here for a concert, great place clean, everything you need. the only down side was the work going on next door at 8 am not ideal.

Perfect for short stay!
There were clear instructions (even video instructions) on how to find the keys and access the rooms. The room was clean and nice on arrival. When I had questions Hasan answered quite quickly. The bathroom and kitchen (communal spaces) were also nice and clean and provided with enough equipment if you’d like to stay longer (washing machine, flat-iron,…). The room was a 20 minute walk to the city center and at night it was nice and quiet so I could have a good nights rest. As a solo female traveler I felt really safe! I would really recommend this place for a citytrip to Cardiff.

Tomasz, Nottingham, highly recommended, very good location
I spent 2 days in this accommodation, I am very pleased with the stay, communication with the host was perfect, very close to the city center, all shared rooms are modern, very clean and pleasant compared to the price, definitely I will recommend it to my friends and of course I will come back next time,

Perfect for a short trip in Cardiff
The location of this room is great value for money, with public transport links to the centre and beyond running just along the road outside, making it perfectly accessible! The area itself is quite quiet but still has amenities a short walk away, with a variety of shops and takeaways available. The room is nice and tucked away allowing for a peaceful stay, the room itself was very clean and well presented. Self check-in was easy and convenient, and Hasan was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for having us, this was a great place to stay for the night and we will definitely be using this airbnb again when we come to Cardiff in future!

Housekeeper very nice and kind. The rooms are very clean ans cosy and well decorated, beds comfortable, kitchenette available if you need to prepare a meal. Everything there makes you feel like at home.

Perfect a Cardiff city break
Really good communication from owners on how to get in etc. Room was light, bright and well decorated and bed very comfortable. Shared facilities are very good, with an easy to use, hot shower. Free street parking a bonus. A nice twenty minute walk into city centre. Will definitely be returning!

A great apartment. Modern & clean.
Great communication from the accommodation & a great stay! The apartment was modern, clean & very tidy! We were in room 1 of 4 rooms. A shared bathroom, which wasn't a problem. Also a short bus ride into the city centre. We stayed as we were attending a gig at Cardiff Castle! Would definitely stay again & this place is highly recommended for a stay in Cardiff.

After discussions via Whatsapp with Luxe Dwellings they agreed to help me as the landlord of the apartment we had booked through them in January had gone into bankruptcy in April and so they refunded my booking. I am grateful for them for doing this for me. Diolch.
I booked an apartment in Cardiff in January 2024 for May 2024. I had a confirmation email to state that payment had been made and that the apartment was booked.
Two weeks ago I emailed to confirm if everything was OK in preparation for our stay. I heard nothing back. We were due to stay in the apartment on Tuesday May 28th. I rang the Saturday before to ensure everything was in place, to which I was told they had broken contracts with the landlord of that property 3 months ago. I had not received an email to confirm this or received any apology or refund for this inconvenience. I have now contacted them via email, phone and WhatsApp but six days later there is still no refund or confirmation of their mistake.

The Luxe Dwellings team has been very helpful and responsive. Addressing questions and issues from before contracts were signed to any that arose while at the residence. Hasan Hussaini in particular has been great and friendly dealing with all my concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Definitely recommend.

Two Week Stay, Very fast response when needed
Stayed for two weeks, facility was clean and had all the utensils/supplies provided for a long stay including toiletries, cooking & cleaning which was a lot more than I expected! Service was extremely fast; WiFi went down one night and was fixed within an hour of me messaging.
