Hasan was very warm-hearted, waited until I was very late in the evening, introduced me to all the facilities and precautions in the house, thank him very much for his help!

I can’t comment on any of the properties as we did not stay in one due to a double booking error. However Hasan was very helpful in finding alternative accommodation for us and covering the additional cost of the new studio apartment.

Hasan was very attentive and efficient is his replies. The matter was sorted in less than 24hrs and he arranged everything for us. Thank you!

I stayed at one of their properties on airbnb. Hasan was fantastic at responding (especially as it was my first time in Wales) and the property was exactly as described. A shared flat with communal kitchen and shared bathroom. The whole place was very clean, tidy and Hasan was brilliant at recommending places for me when I checked in. It was close to amenities with good transport links and exactly as described. will definitely book with them again

The Luxe Dwellings team was very responsive and friendly. Place is well-kept, comfortable and looks as advertised. Good access to public transportation as well as convenience stores and takeaways. Did not have any issues. Can't ask for anything more.

Very comfortable room with a nice view. The room is spacious and the bed sheets are top notch. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need are kept really clean. Hasan is extremely helpful and respectful and always reachable. Very convenient having this place so close to the city centre.

Very good property

Very good accommodation. I have lived here for a month. There is a brand-new refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen. Believe me, this is a good place. Hassan is very willing to help, and I am very happy to communicate with him.

Very comfortable space with a lovely view and tranquil area. The room had plenty of room with a lovely aesthetic, beautiful bed sheets and a lovely material on the blankets that had a soft feathery like quality. The kitchen was lovely with all the novelties of convenient appliances. The host was perfectly hospitable, a bit soft spoken but very respectful and he was easy to contact.
