We were pleased with the way AE acted…
We were pleased with the way AE acted towards us when in error they sold us a plant which was out of stock. We chose another and they gave us money off. Unfortunately FedEx let them down with a very damaged box on delivery - fortunately our plant is fine! Customer service is very good and the artificial plant is great.

Best artificial plants I have found!
I ordered a selection of plants from Artificial Elegance as I am officially Dr. Death with the real articles! They arrived quickly, very well packed and look absolutely fantastic. The Boston Fern is amazingly realistic! I am so happy with them all as they make my room look so much fresher and more welcoming. I am looking forward to going back for more!

Amazing Boxwood Spirals
