Would definitely buy from Artinoor again.

I ordered a custume size painting and the team was brilliant in full filling my order. It arrived just as shown on the website, carefully packed on in a timely manner.

High quality and looking forward to ordering another!

Not enough detailed info on website to prepare you for how long it takes to get your art.
All three pieces arrive with canvas rippled.

Everything ok except the trouble with the customs, because some documents where missing!!!

I appreciated Artinoor kept me in the loop during the purchase. When there was a delay, it was explained. As well as, Artinoor was very prompt in responding to any inquiry I had. They are professional and courteous. And, I love my painting!

All wishes are realized so that the picture corresponds to your own wishes. The picture is dreamlike. Again and again I would have a picture taken there.

The Art Piece I ordered was exactly as I had seen on the web site. I am vey pleased with my painting and would order from this web-site again.

Had a lovely experience ordering with this seller. They were extremely helpful, and the order was completed just as I had asked. I really appreciated the updates they would shoot me while they worked on my product, and it was shipped very quickly.

They were very responsive in regards to the design process and came back with some great ideas. They added a few tweaks that made the final product even better than I had envisioned.

After a glitch in their communication process I did get my painting. The painting came out beautifully and I love it. It was packaged well and there was no damage. The process was long and there was a gap in communication in the beginning but if you’re patient it is worth the wait.

I was so happy with this piece. I loved the style, the colours, and how it turned out! The art itself was incredibly well framed and packaged for shipping. Also, this artist reached out to me between each step of the process and answered any questions I had during that period. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I think this website is a scam. We put our order in 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything from the company. We have reached out multiple times asking for an update (their website advertises they respond in less than 1 business day) and have not received a single response.

Believe this site is a scam and that the positive reviews are fake since they are so limited.

As a reply to the company’s comment below. I did try to message them from their website and email. I find it curious that all 3 of these methods didn’t work according to them and that they had the time to reply to this review, though have yet to address my messages via email or phone or provide me with any sort of update.

I placed an order for a painting in mid-October. I was informed that my painting was completed a week later and I placed an order that it be framed. I was told the framed painting would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. It has been over 6 weeks and I have not received my painting and have heard nothing from the company despite reaching out to them multiple times. Unfortunately, despite having a nice website and a handful of good reviews, I think I’ve been scammed. I’m leaving this review so that hopefully other people see this and buy their art elsewhere to avoid having a similar experience.

As a reply to company’s reply below, I had paid for my painting to be framed and when I (finally) received the painting it was unframed! The company had previously told me that the framed painting was en route and that they would refund the framing costs as a courtesy due to their lack of responsiveness and for initially misplacing my painting. Had I received the framed painting, I would have deleted the negative review (even if I never received a refund for the frame) because I received what I paid for and as a general matter don’t like leaving negative reviews (especially for a small business). However, the time and effort spent dealing with this stupid painting and the sheer incompetence of this company sadly does warrant this review. The only silver lining is that (i) it wasn’t a scam, (ii) the painting itself is nice and (iii) I assume the company can’t be this awful with their customer service all of the time or they wouldn’t have any more customers…
