This company is beyond unprofessional. I ordered a plant over a month ago and after checking on the delivery status was told by Megan that my order was a "pre order" and the shipping was delayed. After an incredibly unprofessional response from Megan I asked for a refund which has not been applied yet. It has been five days since I asked for a refund. No one has responded to any of my inquiries in the past four days. Scam central.

Shocking Company
This problem has been ongoing since I ordered a plant at the beginning of January in their sale at a cost of £34.00. I was told there would be a slight delay. In April I began emailing and calling. I either couldn't get through or there was no response. When I finally managed to speak to someone I was told it was held up in customs, they had no control over it and I would receive it within 3 weeks. fast forward three weeks and nothing. Same scenario again trying to contact them and ultimately the same response. Finally fed up I contacted PayPal to raise a dispute and amazingly the plant arrived within a week. Now having received the plant I have been hit with a bill from FedEx for Import tax of £52.68!! I have contacted the company again and am interested to see what the response will be this time.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I ordered 2 rugs. 1 never arrived bc it sold out and they just didn’t bother to inform me. It’s been like 6 weeks since I ordered, 3 weeks since my “refund was initiated” and still no refund and customer service is just not responding. The rug that did arrive was very poor quality and the color was so faded (ordered black/white rug, it was like like dirty grey and off white) it’s not like they sent me the wrong rug, the rug was just so poor quality the colors were off. Still no refund there either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY— pretty sure it’s a scam. If not a scam, just a company with no quality assurance in product or customer service.

Got a rug but the print was blurry and did not look at all like the pictures. They offered to take it back and refund us. Except we still haven’t got our refund more than a month after they received the rug back.

If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would. Lets start off by saying I ordered a specific carpet than arrived dirty! I contacted them and they said to exchange or keep for 15% off. I obviously said exchange… then they said keep it we will send you a new carpet. They sent me the WRONG carpet !!!! Now with back and forth of trying to get the rug I originally ordered they were delayed sending me labels and did not even inform me that a new carpet would take 2 weeks to arrive. Anyway I contacted them asking for a refund back for a box I had to pay for their mistake in sending me the wrong carpet and they refused! NEVER buy from them they do not know how to handle customer service and since I am in the industry it saddens me how they treat their customers. Even when its THEIR MISTAKE FROM THE BEGINNING!! Shame on you!

SECOND UPDATE: in reply to Artiplanto reply to my review, they blocked me on all social media and refuse to acknowledge this.
They have copy and pasted the same reply and ignore the fact that it is ILLEGAL to not offer a full refund including covering postage when an order is months and months late.
I’m still working through this but please, I urge you with everything not to order through artiplanto - I believe there is something seriously bad going on with this company.
UPDATE: Megan in support has now ignored 5 emails since I have been blocked from Instagram. This is terrifying from such an expensive purchase.
Extremely Worried - Please Be Careful
I have been trying to put off posting this in the hope that it would resolve, however it has now gotten to the point where I actually think there is something strange going on with this company.
In short;
- I ordered a £100 plant in the first week of January.
- It arrived 4 months late
- Artiplanto are refusing to cover the cost of return
- Artiplanto began ignoring emails when I brought up the consumer rights act
It was originally delayed due to stock issues, which I wasn't actually told - I have to chase after weeks to see where my order was - at which point they replied to let me know it was out of stock... odd that they didn't reach out in the first place.
It has then been months and months and months and months of me emailing. They offered an alternative, however I didn't want an alternative.
Eventually it hit customs where something was incorrect with the forms they put through it seems as it was there for an incredibly long time. (Looking through the reviews, it seems it is way too common for Artiplanto that customs do not like their paperwork)
At points, the support team have spoken in a rude / defensive manner, sometimes I have had to email 4 times in a thread with no response.
I eventually had to process a chargeback through my bank account, as I honestly believe I have been fleeced.
During this entire process, the ONLY reason I have been given as to why I could not have a refund was because the item was in transit, and that they cannot process refunds while orders are in transit. That was the ONLY reason I was not allowed a refund.
However, after they have seen the chargeback - they now tell me that the chargeback is the reason they can't give a refund, and that had I not processed the chargeback, they would be able to. This is manipulation. Artiplanto is genuinely gaslighting customers through their support team.
When it got to nearly a week of no replies, where I begged for a reply, I messaged them on Instagram and commented - instead of replying to me on email or instagram, Artiplanto have BLOCKED me on instagram.
They Blocked me when I asked for them to reply to my emails.
I have no idea what to do, I have never experienced anything like this in my life.

The artificial plant looks real. It’s beautiful. It took a month or so to be delivered and my order was not available. However they kindly gave me a taller size without extra charge which worked well for me.

NO RETURNS!!!! TERRIBLE QUALITY!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
The website appears at the top of google searches and looks professional suggesting it is credible. All products were shown in GBP, and shipping was cheap leading me to believe the company was domestic. However hidden in the T&Cs it states that no returns are accepted as the company is based in the USA.
I received one correct product, one too many of another product, and one product was missing. The quality of the product is the worst I have seen. They do not look realistic whatsoever and you can literally see strings of glue etc where they have been made.
I emailed the company, used the chat and even tried to call several times. After five days I was told I couldn’t return anything as per their T&Cs. I eventually managed to achieve a refund for the missing product, but sadly wasted £50 on two products which I will be binning due to the awful quality.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. I still have not received the plant I ordered in December. My e-mails are now being ignored. I have shared my negative experience on the FB page to warn other customers. Please provide a refund or I will be reporting you to Trading Standards. I am starting to think this company is a scam.
Update. I have been promised a refund. In response to why this was posted, if you look at the timing, it was posted before you contacted me. Two emails did not receive a reply, but there was a response when my husband went onto live chat.

ordered in early February
ordered in early February, now early April still no delivery tracking supplied from customer services inconclusive.
Update 4/4/24 was requested to take my review down and my order would be chased up apparently Fedex would be opening an investigation on the delivery. now 19/4/24 not had any updates or replies to my follow-up emails or requests for a refund
i would avoid this company, if i do recieve my order or my refund i will update this post

The plant arrived 15th May, completely ignored by customer service apart from being contacted and asked to remove my review.
Plant same quality as ikea or B&Q but a bit more expensive.

I have been scammed by this company
I have nothing positive to report about your organisation, I never received my order, you agreed to refund me and one month later, I have not yet received the money and your customer care has gone radio silent.
I can confirm having received the refund in full on 4 April 2024, after I had submitted the above review on Trustpilot, and a full month after I had been promised it. I still received no feedback to my emails sent to multiple official company addresses. I still consider this level of service dismal and unacceptable, and for this reason will keep my review but thought it fair to add this note.
