Very disappointing
Very disappointing, when I received my plant, it was slightly damaged. Due to the time, it would take to send back and then have a replacement sent I decided to accept the offer of a 15% refund and repair the plant myself. I was informed on the 19th February I would receive the refund in 3-7 business days and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. I have chased up 3 times and have had no response.
Beware of this company
Beware of this company. I paid 170 bucks for a plant (approx. 3-4 kg) including shipping and transport insurance, and shortly afterwards received an invoice from FedEX for a delivery of a 23 kg package for 75 bucks! I have written to artiplanto several times asking why I have to pay twice for the delivery and why the package was declared so heavy, and have simply been ignored ever since. No response, no customer service, nothing. For me, this almost borders on fraud. Can't recommend, be careful!
EDIT: Reply to Artiplanto - No, you did NOT reply. I contacted you twice, via email and via contact form on your website. I did not receive any answer from you, hence this review. And yes, I checked my spam folder too. I will edit this review once the issue has been resolved.

Received two hanging artificial plants…
Received two hanging artificial plants today, very disappointed with the quality of the items. Very disappointed that the items are not to the standard of the photo as described. Plastic stems are unfinished cheap plastic. Described as 3foot hanging, photo suggests many hanging branches, but item only has two. Same quality as a pound shop plant, but website claims quality and suggests upmarket, customer services refused to reimburse postage back to Germany for a full refund. Bad resolution service and was told they look fine. They are not as seen in advertised photos. Will not use them again.
Update to their response…. The item sent is nothing like the photo,not even close. upon investigating further today, there was more faulty parts that means it’s more unusable. Some leaves are cut to a different shape to the advertised plant, looks like a manufacturer fault, and leaves stuck on to the side of the petiole. Just stuck on without care sideways, unrealistic. very much so. If there was opportunity to upload photos here, I would. Please contact me if anyone would like proof. Again, I stress the unhelpful resolution staff, yes, a refund was offered, but already spent £14 for items to be delivered. I shouldn’t have to pay for postage back to Germany for an item that is not as described, and of such insufficient quality.

Happy with the packaging and delivery. The plants themselves are not great and certainly not to the standard I would expect for the price - I buy a lot of fake plants and these are definitely not up to scratch. The artificial snake plant is ok, especially from a distance where it looks good but still pricey for the quality - I don’t think it’s worth £65. The calathea plant is terrible - I can’t find anything good to say about it and not worth £12.99 let alone £29.99. I’m very disappointed

A lovely plant. Easy to order and they kept in touch re delivery. Plant was well packaged. I had to be brave when moving the branches into position but instructions were great and told me not to be afraid of using force!

Starting with positives: Good pictures on website in general, easy to use, shipped quickly, and plant was protected well
The downsides: Purchased an Orchid, and it looks far from real, especially the leves. They have a bright fluro color which seems un-natural.
Overall 3/5 stars - Since if the plant isnt a high quality replica what is the use of it..

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY RUGS FROM THIS COMPANY. After 1 month of use my rug is extremely faded. I contacted the company and gave them the opportunity to make it right with a refund. Megan, customer service supervisor, was extremely rude and argumentative. She referenced a 14 day return policy and states the rugs are not known to fade. If she had actually looked into my order, she’d see I’m a US customer and not eligible for a refund. Additionally, the product didn’t arrive faded. It faded after a month of use. Horrible product, horrible company, horrible customer service.

Hmm not sure when 4 months suddenly became “half a year”. And even then, an indoor rug placed INSIDE still shouldn’t fade in 4 months… AGAIN, horrible quality & even worse customer service.

Sizes are incorrect, product fades rapidly
I bought a rug listed as 8'x10'. When it arrived, it seemed very small. I measured and it was 7.5' x 9.5'. I complained, they said "we round up in size" which seems ridiculous - rounding up from 7'10" to 8' is reasonable, misrepresenting the rugs size by a full six inches on both sides is false advertising.
They were willing to exchange it (but only after denying it was and issue and after I complained about the ethics of them overstating the size by 3 square feet) and I decided to keep the original for use elsewhere and purchase a second larger. It was out of stock, and there were delays but I was never notified about them until I contacted them after the expected shipping date. It finally arrived, and unlike the first one, it has been fading so rapidly. They advertise these as being good for high traffic areas, but all of the colours on the open areas of my second rug have faded to beige in a matter of six months.
When I contacted them about this and showed them photos of the difference between the second rug and my first rug (which was in the same place for the same amount of time), they claimed that they couldn't do anything because "it had been delivered for more than five months". Five months is an awfully arbitrary number to set as a limit for manufacturing issues, especially when it's not listed anywhere on the website. Something tells me that if I complained after four months, that limit would magically be three months.
Edit: Artiplanto seems to think that adding 6" is the listed size of their rugs same as rounding up when it's just a way to skimp on materials and still pretend you're offering the same product. It's not like people depend on accurate sizes to be able to order items correctly.
Secondly, no amount of washing or vacuuming should result in this level of fading after six months. I've had Walmart rugs that didn't fade this badly after years of traffic and multiple deep cleanings. Artiplanto's product is inferior and does not stand up to regular traffic, much less high traffic. And for anyone wondering, I was offered a $50 gift card after purchasing approximately $600 between two rugs. Does that seem like a reasonable solution for a $390 rug that looks terrible after half a year?

Very poor quality product, cheap to look at and cheap to feel, if I'd paid full price I would have been extremely upset, but still not worth the half price I paid, was going to but more expensive plants but not now
