Most places give free tracked delivery if you order is more than 30€ or some if its above 90€ but spending 120 and still needing to pay for delivery is awful. And be careful! If you don't look you'll spend 5€ instead of 10€! And you want to spend that 10€ because thats the tracked option. If you're a plebian who only spends 5€ on delivery you'll be left praying that it will arrive within 4 weeks or you'll have to deal with customer support. So order at least 1 month in advance and spend that extra money for the tracked service!

Even in the email you don't even adress every question I ask. If you even awnser!

The product, a painting pallet, was oke, no problem.

Unfortunately, they charged me in euros, but they didn't tell me I'd ordered from England. As a result, I had to pay an additional €13.50 in taxes, so I paid almost double for the product.
The product is also available in Dutch stores, so please provide me with the correct information.

In any case, never order a product from England, because you may have to pay a lot of tax, but you will not be warned about this.

But again, there products are really good but don't buy them in the UK but inside the EU

And they didn't answer my email. Send me a coupon for one of your great brushes please !

Great quality paint brushes for my husbands hobby of miniature figure painting. He won't use any others if he can help it. He always puts them on his Christmas or birthday lists as well as other items he might need from Opus

Just added my 11th case. I used to keep my minis in big acrylic display cases, which were fine, but these cases are amazing. The lighting was super easy to hook up and the wall mounting hardware is very secure. Best of all they look great and the lights really enhance my minis.

The quality is greate, both the packges and the brushes, I already spend quite some time using it and the performance is amazing.

Works as described, I will purchase again.

Artis Opus has some of the best brushes in the industry! I love their brushes!
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that Artis Opus is not able to add VAT to non-UK shipments, which will add significantly extra costs (import VAT and a fine) and longer shipment times

I ordered a gift for my boyfriend (with a custom engraving), and I needed it by a specific date.

The store shipped my order via Royal Mail, and I haven't heard anything about it since! Customer support says I have to wait a month before they can resolve my issue! But I don't have that time; I'd like to receive my order. I don't know how my issue will be resolved; it's been three weeks since I placed my order.

I purchased the Series S Brush Set Odyssey Edition for my partners birthday. The website was. Lear and easy to use and I felt well informed about what I was buying as well as shipping etc
My partner was so happy with his present, particularly the engraving which I also thought was a lovely touch.
Dispatch and delivery was quick and secure and the whole experience with Artis Opus was exceptional. My partner loves the brush set and bragging about it to his friends. Thank you!

They make great Brushes with better quality control then what Winsor and Newton is putting out these days. They hold their tips very well. Big fan of their Series S Size 4 & 3.

The brushes are really good and i enjoy painting with them. Sadly i got a brush where the some hairs had been bend backwards becouse of the protection cap.
It‘s really sad, becouse i was excited to get them and saved some money up, and then i see that the brush is damaged a bit.

After a long search for a display cabinet, I bought the biggest size of the Artis Opus one.
Although I appreciate the handmade craftsmanship, the product is priced well above its value (IMO).
The silicon holding the cable inside the cabinet being visible, the cheap power supply, the front plexiglas don't scream premium to me.
If it was half of the price, that would all be 'excused', but including out-of-EU tariffs and shipping, I think almost 300€ is a tough sell.
