Cannot recommend Artisan Escapes enough. Absolutely blown away with the service we received from Ann and her team. She booked our wedding in Cyprus, dealt with the wedding coordinator overseas on our behalf to ensure we had our dream day and holiday. From start to finish the process was seamless, Ann was always on hand to answer any questions we had and would highly recommend to anyone. A wealth of knowledge and years of experience in the travel industry, you are definitely in safe hands.

I went to Artisan Escapes for recommendations for a short trip away with a friend. They gave me six options within our budget and the one we selected was good and everything we had asked for. This is the second time we have used them and would definitely use again.

I went to Artisan Escapes as the trip I wanted to Istanbul and then beach holiday with Ephesus was so complicated. They arranged flights, taxi transfers and hotels in Istanbul and Kusadasi, at a reasonable price.
Each arrangement went perfectly with three flights, four transfers and two hotels. The hotel in Istanbul was lovely with a five minute walk to the Hagia Sophia. The hotel in Kusadasi was excellent and a two minute walk to Ladies beach. We had an unforgettable holiday and will be visiting Artisan Escapes again in the future.

We have used Artisan Escapes on a number of occasions. Excellent service from all the team. Expertly sourced the best hotels for location and budget for our recent Canada/US trip, 'stitching together' a travel itinerary which including 9 hotels, car hire, 5 flights and 2 ferry crossings. Promptly kept us informed of any tweaks to travel arrangements, and always 'on hand' to handle any issues as well share advice on places to see at the various places we visited. Highly recommended. Artisan Escapes were fantastic right from looking into holiday options all the way through to the holiday itself. Ann gave us some great options on holidays within our criteria and lots of advice throughout. She also went above and beyond checking us in online, a quick message just before we went to check everything was ok and a quick check during to ensure everything was as expected. The hotel we stayed at was amazing and perfect for everything we wanted. We were so relaxed it felt like we had been away for 2 weeks not 1. Just recently returned back from a holiday to Majorca booked with Artisan Escapes. We were a party of 14 & it couldn’t have been better. Thanks to Ann & Jo for all their help with booking & keeping us updated. Always book my holidays with Artisan Escapes and will continue to do so xx

This was our first time using Artisan we decided to give them ago after a friend recommended them to us and i have to say they were excellent from the word go , me and my wife just turned up at the office in Whalley one Friday afternoon and met Ann, we explained what we wanted and were we wanted to go to , the rest was just so easy Ann found a holiday that was just perfect for us Ann even arranged a bouquet of flowers to be left in our cabin for my wife^s birthday and also rang us a couple of days before we was due to set off to wish us a happy holiday and make sure we had everything in place , we will definitely be back

Used Artisan Escapes again to book our adventure this time to Peru. Had a great holiday and all down to the great service provided by a great team of ladies who are all so friendly and professional. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Artisan!!!!

Just returned from a 4 day trip to salzburg
Everything was spot on...the flights were brilliant not one problem from manchester to frankfurt, then frankfurt to salzburg...and return x
Transfers were organised aswell all very smoothly

Ann and the team arranged a 3 centre holiday to Thailand for my 50th birthday with the family. They took all the stress out of booking a holiday, listened to all my requirements and met them fully! I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

From booking the holiday everything was handled in a professional manner. This included checking that we had visas, ESTAs etc and calling us before we went on holiday to San Juan to catch a cruise ship.

Everything from start to finish was perfect, the personalised service and just being able to pop in to the office when asking any questions was great. I didn’t have to worry about any admin, as the ladies did that for me, or reminded me when something needed doing. We had the most amazing holiday, and we have used artisan for years and will continue to in the future. I would highly recommend.
