Just returned from 2 weeks in Mexico all organised by the amazing team at Artisan Escapes. Perfect holiday and the team make the whole process simple and painless. Looking forward to the next one now.

Every detail well organised pickups,hotels were excellent, transfers to and from airports on time. Singapore to Vietnam to Cambodia to Bangkok to phuket back to Singapore then Manchester for the 6 people. Will definitely use again thanks to you all

Yet another fabulous trip organised by Ann and the team. This time was Reykjavík, Iceland and it was amazing! The Storm Hotel was inviting and clean with a lovely continental breakfast (with really great pastries) served until 10am, located 2mins from the Harbour and 15minutes walk from the centre.
The excursions and transfers were all sorted and with everything taken care of the trip was the most relaxing short break we've had.

First holiday for us organised by Ann and the team. Lovely to deal with, organised transfers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Had a lovely holiday stress free. Would definitely book again with them.

Just come back from a cruise in New Zealand and Australian arranged by Artisan. One might be able to book the same cruise directly online, but Artisan managed to obtain equally competitive price and tailored to our needs with preferable flight time (it is important as there were a series of very long flights) and airlines. Hotels arranged pre and post cruise were spot on - practical without costing a fortune in great locations. We have already booked our next holiday with Artisan.

Brilliant family ski holiday in Geilo - Zoe Ashby sorted everything and gave us exactly what we wanted - we have already asked her to sort out our booking for next year.

We went to the Xmas market at Liverpool on Saturday 14 /12 / 24. Our coach was number 3 and Zoe + Anna looked after us, on our way there we had warmed mulled wine + prosecco, played bingo for chocolate treats, seat numbers for prizes + pass the parcel for a holiday voucher, in no time at all Liverpool was here. Markets small but OK. Bars, Music, Xmas decorations fantastic, very busy but great afternoon. Driver Nick on time + good. Great day Thanks Artisan Escapes. Dave + Pauline

This was our third holiday through Artisan Escapes. Jo is brilliant and so helpful throughout from initial enquiry until departure. We had an amazing time in Lapland and the attention to detail on the run up to the trip was great, we even got a visit from an elf the night before to announce the trip to my son! It was so magical! Thank you to Jo and everyone for making it so effortless for us!
