We have just returned from a family holiday to Tenerife. Anne and staff recommended a hotel and resort that suited all of the group of 11.They sorted out seating on the plane and boarding passes etc. Great service would recommend Artisan to anyone.

Amazing team
I have recently returned from my 4th trip booked with Artisan Escapes. Cant wait for my 5th.
I cannot speak highly enough of Ann, Joanne and Tricia. They really are the dream team and just what you need to take the hassle out of booking etc.
Professional, knowledgeable and efficient and all go the extra mile to assist even down to printing my boarding passes.
We hit a problem at Manchester airport when there was an outage and one of the first texts I got was from Ann just checking we were alright. To me that says it all for a personal service from a travel company that care.
Give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Ann and the team at Artisan Escapes did a fantastic job of arranging our short break to Corfu at Dreams Hotel Resort. They were always on hand to answer questions to ensure our trip went without a hitch. We really didn't have to worry about sorting anything. All we had to do was enjoy it..... and we did!!! What a company Artisan Escapes is! They made the experience of going on holiday an absolute pleasure. All the staff were so efficient. Communication with myself as lead booker for our group was excellent from start to finish! Everything went as planned and they couldn’t have done any more to assist us. I would highly recommend their service. Trust me you won’t regret it!

Flawless complicated Bucket list trip trip…
Joanne at Artisan Organised me a trip including cruise up the Californian Coast into Canada then a road trip down the coast to Santa Monica then over to Las Vegas. There were many stops in hotels to get right.
Everything went exactly to the plans I wanted, I ticked off many bucket list boxes and few I didn't know I wanted. Everything went flawlessly. thanks to the team.

Another fantastic trip
We recently returned from another holiday arranged for us by Ann and team at Artisan escapes , This was the 6th one we have booked through them . We travelled to Thailand and then Singapore,
As always everything went like clockwork and the holiday definitely lived up to all expectations and more .

Anne and her team arranged our bucket list cruise from Bali Indonesia to Yokohama Japan. They managed to tailor the cruise with flights variations, extra stops in Tokyo and China. They are our go to agent for future holidays.

Artisan organised a trip to remember to Iceland. It needed to be tailored due to my mother in law having restricted walking ability. Hotel was spot on and every trip was amazing. Artisan couldn’t do enough for me given the recent disruption due to volcanic eruptions

Brilliant service & value making sure we had a magical time!
This was our first booking with Artisan and it was perfect! From start to finish the team were brilliant - they made sure we had the most magical, once in a lifetime experience in Lapland! There were lots of extra touches that were examples of great customer service but arranging for the elf visit to our house to tell our 7-year old where he was going the week after was amazing! The personal touch really does make a difference from the faceless booking online.... and it was better value! Couldn't recommend enough!
