Have ordered a few things from this company, always happy with the quality of leather and the products. Fast delivery and very good customer service!

A fantastic company. I have ordered lots over the last few years, and the products are always a very high quality, beautiful leathers. Ordered some items yesterday and they arrived this morning!

A superb company to deal with. Their website is well organised with great product descriptions and a smooth purchasing journey. Their customer support is very fast to respond and very helpful. I needed to amend an order to add another item and expected to have to cancel the previous order to make a new one. Instead they put my previous order on hold until I'd made my new order and refunded the additional postage I paid, much more convenient for me.
I'll certainly be back when I need to buy more leather craft things and would definitely recommend them.

First time using them.
Items arrived in a couple of days - fantastic at Xmas time. Plus gave me some free leather examples.
And a little personalised note as well.
Made my day.

BE AWARE DISHONEST COMPANY

UPDATE: from the business IAN LANG Reply. Yet another lie. The owner has suggested I became aggressive, absolutely not me. My other part of my work is working with vulnerable people as a psychotherapist for people who have been abused. this is now another lie you have created. The only thing I said which resulted you to feel insulted is that I said you were dishonest and you should not use Covid as an opportunity to get yourself out of a situation - READ THE REVIEW BELOW -

Absolutely appalling services from this company. I have been a regular customer with this company. my opinion is very mixed. Sometimes they are great the rest they will lie in order to make a sale or to get themselves out of a situation. Placed a large order. I made it clear that I needed the products with a matter of urgency. They had assured me the item has been collected and provided a screenshot proof of postal order through a website. (still, not proof the item has been collected or on its way. Only proof of a purchased stamp) I gave them the benefit of doubt. Come 4 days no stock. I made contact with the company they told me Due to Covid royal mail is struggling to deliver on time. This is not true. Royal Mail are no longer struggling with the impact of Covid. I've been assured of this and also been assured that ARTISAN has not sent out their product to my address. This confirmed they have lied also, they have been dishonest and its very disrespectful to use Covid as an opportunity to demonstrate their poor care of service especially as we know companies have suffered. I rely on this company and now I have been left to refund 14 items estimating at £78 each that I was going to make for my customers as I did not have the time to make up the products when the delivery eventually arrived. I was going away the next day. When I raised my concern after being insulted from the likes of IAN LANG. He was still keen and desperate to address that these items were dispatched, even when he refused to show me a receipt copy of the actually postage being delivered after he again desperately told me he drove to the the sorting office to deliver the only one item to satisfy his customer. Another lie. Ian could not provide the proof of the receipt as he then stepped to the next excuse of given other peoples details that was on the receipt. Even though he shared I was the only customer. I explained to take the picture and cut it out so I can only see my details. He refused and continued to insults. It was confirmed to day by the delivery person that this item had only been dispatched the day before I received it taking 6 days for the items to arrive this confirms IAN LANG to be lier and dishonest without a care in the world of any consequences this may have on another company. He has his money so why should he. Oh and two items missing from the order. Thanks Ian. That's not the first time this has happened!

I have made sevral purchases from ArtisanLeather - they have supplied quality leather and fittings very quickly. I now look here first and if they have what I need I do not bother looking further. I cannot see a reason to shop elsewhere.

I recently placed an order with Artisan for some items and just after I pressed send, I got an order in and I needed to order a couple of other items.

Placed the second order via the website, and they combined the two orders and refunded the postage without me requesting the refund.

Can't ask for more than that. Goes with the great service I have had on other occasions when ordering from them.

I started leathercrafting in March this year and have found Artisan leather to be a fantastic resource. As a beginner, I only needed small amounts of leather to practise on and as I have progressed, I have been improving and feel excited every time I place an order, they are prompt and send the leather well packaged.
I am so pleased to have found them.

Great Goods, Great service, Great Delivery. What more can I say.

Artisan Leather have a great range of materials and tools. Their service is second to none with next day delivery the norm. If you have a question, and as a beginner, I have a number, then Kathy is unfailingly patient and a great source of advice.

Need to make a few belts and wallets and artisan leather provided all that I needed (unique leathers, tools, thread etc) in a very timely manner. cheers

Good quality tools at reasonable prices, very speedy UK delivery, and I got some nice leather offcuts as freebies too!

This is my go-to shop for leatherworking tools, they're cheaper than Tandy Leather and the quality is great. Haven't bought any leather from them yet, but the offcuts I got are lovely. :)

The post office lost my parcel and I've communicated by email in order to get it sorted and i received a new order within a day :)
