i have used this company a number of times and have always received my orders promptly and updates when articles back in stock large companies could and should take a leaf out of their book as to customer service this is my "go to" supplier and would recommened them to anyone

I have order hundreds of pounds worth of supplies from Artisan Leather over the last year. They have always been good value for money, easy to order, friendly and fast delivery. Even in the middle of this pandemic!

I will continue to use artisan leather on a regular basis.

It is a pleasure to deal with Artisan Leather. The piece of leather I required was not within their standard remit but this was not a problem. After some helpful advice from them a piece was cut to the size I required and delivered in a very quick time. How refreshing to deal with honest and 'real' people. Thank you.

I have made many orders here over the last couple of years. Packages arrive quickly and I have always been very happy with the quality of the products. Examples of what I have ordered: strap end and crew punches, small rivet setter, small anvil, needles, thread, rivets, sam brownes and gum trag.

Found them on a search, placed an order, easy to navigate the pages, I needed some tools and leather, they sell in small quantities which I need, I got the first order after two days and the second the next postal day. Leather has no blemishes or scratches, couldnt be happier

I have used Artisan leather quite a few times now. They are one of the few places I know of that sells high quality leather in smaller quantities at affordable prices. I am sure they use fighter jets for postage my items arrive so quickly. Also everything is always well packaged and has always arrived in perfect condition. They are lovely people to deal with and always answer email enquiries quickly. If you are a fan of tiger thread but find it hard to get hold of or too expensive, check out their range of braided polyester thread, it is comparable to tiger thread at a fraction of the cost. Keep doing what you are doing Artisan , you are filling a gap in the market that so few other companies do.

I live on the Isle of Man so I always expect things to take a little longer to arrive. I ordered my edge beveler mid afternoon and a day later I had it in my hand! Excellent service and really good price for quality tools.

Dont quite know where to start but here goes.... i have bought numerous items from their website. My first order came and i bought a pre packaged kit and some things was missing. I sent them an email and kathy went out of her way to assist me. Following that order as a novice i needed some help and again she went out of her way to help me. I will 10000% only use their service from now on as shes a loverly helpful lady, taking time out of her busy day to help a complete novice. Truly humbled and thankful of all their help

I've only recently taken up leatherworking as a hobby. I've used Artisan Leather half a dozen times now and I'm impressed.

They have a good range of leathers, their website is easy to navigate and prices (and quality) are good.

They're my first point of call...only if they don't have what I want would I go elsewhere.

I have bought several items from this company over the years. They are always excellent and their dispatch of orders is the fastest I have encountered from anybody. I was delighted this week to have an order delivered at that same speed, despite the virus restrictions and problems. Excellent.
