Love what they are trying to do. They’ve been adding a lot of new features (sometimes a few bugs w the release) but that’s to be expected from a startup

Artist Republik is a great platform for independent artists to spread their wings.

I have been using Artist Republik for about a year now and it is by far the BEST platform I’ve come across. I switched from Distrokid after realizing I wasn’t getting enough out of my experience. This platform is sick and has everything from distribution to marketing, to playlisting, beats store and more. I’ve been placed on about 5 big playlists and legit paid a few dollars for it. I’m really looking forward to what Artist Republik has in store for the future! Thank you guys so much for caring about your artists!

This is a complete scam, they double whidrew my 100dollar deposit for my "grow with us" campaign, i've spend hundreds of dollars on spotify playlisting.
I've written to the customer service 3 times, not one answer. Ye stay away.

Terrible customer service, playlist pitching is a scam. They never reply back or answer calls. Do not recommend.

Their service is good but my only complain is that they do not distribute music to Facebook and Instagram only and hence my fans can not upload stories with my music

Here's the reality with Artist Republik, it's not a straight up scam but a very well hidden fake service. I've tried all three of the marketing services (Grow With Us, Blog Promotion, and Spotify Playlisting) they all "work" but you're not going to get real results. Blog promotion has you basically compose the interview yourself while the outlet simply posts it on their website; not the worst thing out of the bunch especially if you need some press real estate on the internet. Grow with us is COMPLETELY FAKE, how do I know ? I spent $7 on a campaign and received 70 new followers. I tracked my new release on how many people listened total to my new single; it was the exact amount I had before campaigning for the 70 new followers. The playlist promotion feature looks promising but it takes FOREVER if you have a release you're trying to get on playlists ASAP this feature is awful. It's been over a week and all the playlists I was accepted by haven't added my song. So overall, they respond when you message them and they're polite but it's all a bs cover up for services that seem real but truly are fake. I've used You Grow Promo in the past and it's MUCH better and no this isn't a paid promo or anything I'm just helping out anybody who's looking at this.

Totally an scam offering services they can’t provide just so they can get your money. Don’t use them. Specially the Spotify playlist submission. They will send your song and that’s it. Why would they offer playlist placements if they don’t have connections with the curators. They getting feedback it’s the same so that’s why they can’t refund.

Ran a few campaigns for Spotify growth and noticed that each time I did one of my artists followers count would instantly go down along with monthly plays and some playlists would disappear that the artist got featured on.

I did some research and it appears the decrease could be down to fake accounts. Actually when you look at where the plays are coming from you will see one state has more than anywhere else. Very suspect so be aware.

I ran a grow with us campaign with Artist Republik. I got 0 followers from the campaign and it's been marked as complete. I've emailed them 3 times about this and they have never emailed back. They stole my money and now won't even respond to support emails. I've filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back. STAY AWAY from this company. They are literal thieves.

EDIT: The response below from this company is completely inaccurate. They claim they started another campaign for me for double the amount of followers but instead after multiple emails back and forth, they just refunded me and told me that I could make another order if I wanted to. Don't let this company fool you with blatantly false responses like the one below.

EDIT 2:
The company has now changed their response. Though they are still being untruthful. They would have kept my money and never responded to a single email if I hadn't posted this review. Now they're asking for me to change my review because they have now given me the refund I requested weeks earlier. They did not offer anything else in return but said that I should just make another order with them. Seems like another attempt to steal my money again.

They're a good organization, I just wished they functioned more efficiently and customer friendly.

Updated again (and dropped another star, Sept 2021):
My tracks have still not been fully restored to the streaming services for which I paid them to be on. I have emailed and messaged their support many times this past month and received NO response to any message. I seriously believe they may be going out of business and will avoid using them to distribute any more of my music.

I have reached out to Spotify and SoundCloud support as an artist and received almost immediate help from both; they both say "Artist Republik deleted your tracks and I need to contact them to have them re-submitted." Believe me, I've been trying... Next step is to request take-downs through A.R. and re-submit through another distributor

Updated review (and dropped a star, Aug 2021): Recently I was notified by A.R. my two releases had been removed from several major streaming sites for some reason, but that this affected hundreds of thousands of tracks from multiple distributors. They implied my tracks would be back up within 2 weeks. Over two weeks later, my tracks are still offline.
To me the one core task a distributor has to do well is get the music on the networks. Unfortunately my experience in the two months since I started releasing music on A.R. has not been great with regards to this. And I feel like the additional money I spend on their advertising service (playlisting, blog posts, etc) was essentially wasted because any followers I gained will now not be able to find my music.

ORIGINAL REVIEW (June 2021): I thought everything was going great with my first two releases through Artist Republik... until I realized they didn’t appear on about half the promised streaming platforms, including Apple, Google (YT music), last.fm, iheart, etc. With other questions I asked, their customer service was always quick to respond; but I’ve reached out to them twice about this concern now and no response at all. It will make me seriously have to reevaluate distributors options for my next releases. An explanation, apology, and/or action to get my songs to the services they promised would be appreciated!
