Once again I cannot find my package
Once again I cannot find my package. The. PostNord app says that it has been delivered to a service point but does not specify which. I was also not notified when my package was out for delivery.I also sent an email and have been trying to contact CS to locate my package but to no avail.

Great customer support
I ordered 3 prints and one of them was unfortunately a bit dirty/had a smudge on it that could be seen under direct light. I contacted their Customer support and received a swift response that they would send me a new one right away. Very happy with the way they handled this. Overall, the print quality is really good and I would order from them again.

A fart-sy company, indeed
A fart indeed, it's in the name.
I've contacted support - hello at artsyfartsy dot eu - a total of four times. The only time the company bothered to answer me was here on TrustPilot, to say I had never contacted support.
I was sent very poor quality posters. Low saturation, white spots and lines all over.
Contacted immediately to return the posters and get a refund and never got an answer.
Save your money. You'll get better results printing posters yourself, at a local shop.
