Firstly, we would like to clarify that the estimated delivery time is 3-7 days, and it is not a guaranteed promise that the delivery will be within 7 days. The delivery time is dependent on the delivery company's operations, and as we mentioned in our email correspondence, your parcel has already been dispatched to your country and is currently in possession of the postal service.

Excellent quality print - premium paper and colours and images clean and clear. Customised a charity shop frame to complete the gift and recipient was chuffed with it.
Would use Artsy Fartsy again.

I ordered the poster on 13/12/2023 as a christmas gift. It still hasn't been delivered. According to your delivery policy orders usually are delivered within 3-7 workdays whereas since 13th its already 8 days passing today. The tracking experience is awful. There is no way of tracking the shipment in the country of delivery. Who is going to deliver my package? Is it going to be a associate company? Who am I supposed to contact with?

Too long waiting for a solution
My package arrived damaged and between the package arriving back again to the sender and the situation being resolved, it took almost 2 months. Burocracy I guess...but still everything took too long to be solved.
