Unfortunately I’ve had the same experience as everyone else here. Took weeks for half my order to arrive and then they’d sent two ugly skirts that were completely different to what I’d ordered. Still waiting on the other half which I suspect is never arriving. They won’t refund, just keep sending the same automated emails in response to my complaints. I’ve never dealt with a company that’s so dishonest.
Don’t buy!!!

I ordered 2 scarves on 4th February they eventually turned up today 16th March...these scarves are ok BUT they are small, I have tried every which way to make them look like the picture but alas they either just hang there or strangle you...I won’t be ordering anything from these guys again..I future I will check with Trustpilot before I order anything on line anymore..I know if I complained they would say send them back and we will give you a refund...returning items back to China would cost around £40 so just going to have to accept I’ve been taken for a ride....😡

It took forever for my order to arrive (2 months later) and when it did, I realized it was all made in China. Cheaply. None of the patterns matched what I ordered and they were already fraying. Now I’ve got to start the ordeal of trying to get some of my money back. I wish I had done more research.

Extremely poor quality product. They look nothing like the pictures. I wish I had read these reviews before I threw my money away. When I email them they just send the same automated response over and over again. Its infuriating!

After nearly 2 months of waiting & dozens of emails, I get what my daughter described as babies bibs.
They are extremely poor quality and so thin. Nothing like the pictures!!! An absolute rip off. Pathetic customer service

They just want your money. They posted half of the products I ordered, and they're trying to keep my money in exchange for nothing. The products which arrived are VERY POOR QUALITY, I would like to return them but they don't provide me a return address.
WASTED MONEY!

Do NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. Quality is poor, they sent the wrong items, items are different from photos on their website and then refused to provide a refund or a return mailing address... Instead told me to keep my items or to just give it away to someone as gifts (I can't even do that as it is not worthy as a gift) because shipping is too expensive . There is a reason they have no reviews on their FB page nor on their official website, nor are people allowed to leave posts with photos on either accounts as it would contain photos of their damaged, incorrect or poor quality products.

Same thing. Ordered 3 sweater and should of looked at reviews firts. Sent me 1 out of
3 sweaters only and wasnt even what I ordered. Been fighting over a week and will continue as 30% off next order isnt right. Gonna keep on fighting. Do not order!!

Very poor service, take money and weeks later still no product. Asked to cancel but they just say they are busy. Item hasn't been sent and delivery is supposed to be "fast". Total scam

Do not trust this company. I ordered a scarf from the site, it looked big and soft and heavy knit with a big wooden button. The thing I received was nothing like the picture. It is thin, pale colored, lightweight, small, patten material, bit heavy knit with a cheap round plastic button. I straight away asked the company for a refund. They will not refund, and offered 30% off anything on thier site....why would I buy anything more from them? They have not told me where to send it back or assured me they will. I am going through PayPal resolution center to try to get a refund. I have never dealt.with a company like this. If they provide a poor product which is not as described, they should provide a refund. Do not order from them.

Awful, same as below! Items I ordered never came, the wrong items turned up instead. Awful quality, terrible customer service as they won't give me a refund and hardly respond. The worst I've ever experienced. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Same here as others described below. I ordered two scarves, the arrived items were none of them; I didn't get any refund just a voucher for the next shopping.
NEVER. BUY. ANYTHING.

Well the scarves turned up pretty quick (2 ordered) and they were both good quality BUT one wasn’t what I ordered. I have asked for a refund on it to which they have said:
1. I can ship it back to them at my expense.
2. Give it to a friend.
3. I can have 20% off another order.
I want none of the above but a refund on the scarf or them to send me the correct one. I haven’t given up the fight yet for a refund on the wrong scarf but I will NEVER buy again or RECOMMEND this site!!!!!!
Update: So I have been emailing on a weekly basis and now they don’t even have the common courtesy to reply. Still no refund for an incorrect item which was their error. Not happy still!!

Sadly very similar experiences to everyone below. The scarves I received are not what was photographed on the website. There was no invoice in the parcel and a random returns address in the UK. The emails I have received from them are clearly generic and not in response to what I have asked of them which is a refund in full. I sadly anticipate that this will be something I now need to take up with the credit card. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

If i could give 0 stars i would. If anyone knows the address of this company it needs reporting to the police. How many people on here are saying the same thing! The website has stolen our money. Sent us crap. And ignorred our request for refunds. I have reported to trading standards.

First, it took almost 2 months to arrive! Their app literally said it was "shipping" for about a month, then it said out to post office...ahh, isn't that the same as "shipping"? I guess it was a 2wk journey to the post office because that's how long it took before I got an "arrived at post office". Some how, still unclear how, they finally arrived. Imagine my excitement to leaner the quality of the product is junk (I want to use the "s" word but Google won'tlet me). The colors and materials weren't even close to those shown in the photos. First they're very thin and one is made of some kind of spandex like material! Because you know, nothing says cozy winter ware like bathing suit material. The print are awful and uneven and they smell like plastic or something. I told myself I was going to be disappointed and I was FULLY disappointed.

Photos used for products are stolen from elsewhere. What you receive is nothing even remotely similar to the photo, it's laughable. Never buying anything off of Facebook ever again.

Ordered two scarfs on the website, got them about a month later. Really nice fabric, lovely quality.

Absolutely abhorrent total rip-off, item nothing like that described and IF they reply they palm you off with excuses rubbish Chinese products AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. PayPal now investigating.

I'd give zero stars if able. Unclear shipping from abroad. Didn't send item for almost 2 weeks, got run around when asked for refund before it shipped. It's over a month and haven't seen anything, no response to repeated emails and taking up a formal complaint. Don't even look at this website. Total BS.
