Scam, They stole the pictures from an esty seller. Received scarves after a month of waiting, they send you tat and refuse to answer you when you request a refund

I ordered 2 scarves, a black one that looked sherpa-lined and warm, and a grey one that was supposed to be a lighter material. I received them both today and I'm absolutely disappointed. They're both made with the same materials (the cheapest fleece you could possibly find) and some polyester fabric. Products do NOT match what was advertised or pictured and I feel totally ripped off.

Update: Trying to get a refund feels like they're running you in circles. They try to convince you not to refund because it'll come at a loss to them.

Update 2: I've asked them 3 times to refund me and I've been ignored each time. I'm in contact with my bank now. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHADY "COMPANY"

I ordered four scarves to take a discount and free shipping. There was one in particular I wanted. They sent two correct, happy. Two wrong. The one I originally wanted didn't arrive. They offered 30% discount on a new order. They have refused to refund 30% on the wrong scarf I will accept. They have refused to replace the monstrous scarf I didn't accept. Don't waste your time or money!!

Such a scam - beware! What i got was nothing like what was in the picture when I ordered. Extremely cheap, printed fabric. Terrible company!

Complete SCAM!

I ordered two items and the quality of the material is horrible, not worth the money they’re charging at all! I tried to return the products and the company have refused to refund, because the “loss of profit” would be too big! Their return policy says they refund within standard statutory rights and will pay for postage if the items don’t match the description. They’ve now stopped replying to my emails.

Terrible customer communication. I ordered several jumpers and a scarf. Several days later they told me that part of my order had been cancelled and that they’d refund me. They haven’t. They then said that the other items were on their way. I’ve received nothing. I’m not convinced they are even a real company. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM Alert!

I purchased two scarves from this company. I placed my order 31 Dec and received it 28 Jan. I notified the company immediately and provided pictures per their request and asked that I be reimbursed for the items. They responded immediately saying that it will be too expensive for me to return the item and that I can keep the item and give it to someone else. In return they will send me 30% off my next purchase. I replied again saying that their advert is misleading and would be considered false advertising. Again, I requested to be reimbursed the full amount. They have not responded.

I noticed that they have a couple of different Facebook accounts open for Arttcy. One that was opened recently that they use to advertise their product and now have indicated the collection is closing. The other one that they consistently hide unfavourable comments so that other prospective buyers can't see them. Please be warned that the products they send you are not the same products that you will see in the pictures from their adverts. Steer clear of this company.
