Having been frustrated with the lack of help I have received with other call handlers in the past I would rate Ascent 2 stars. However, today I spoke with Morgan who was informative, patient and understanding of a time sensitive issue. She was helpful and empathetic. My 5 stars are for her service!

Bought my house with persimmon and I had a shared equity of 15% which was to be paid in Dec of £14999. Sold our house at £160,000 and they’ve taken 15% of that as a redemption fee!
Don’t buy a persimmon shared equity! Avoid them at all costs!
I had a stressful situation I needed to address, but didnt really know what to do or how to navigate the process. Alfi was polite, very helpful, empathetic, and very clear in what was needed.
He helped me by providing information that I didnt have and when I had further problems I was able to call back and speak directly with him.

The thoroughness of the staff member in taking and processing my call. She went the extra mile to ensure that I had a satisfactory outcome to me problem. I was scheduled to appear in court on Monday 12 February. She was able to update my Santander sufficiently that have given me extra time to address my situation. Further she sent me extra address to obtain further support. A job excellently done and on one call.
