Got Scammed! Do not buy from them! There are many others who have experienced the same thing. Advertised the airback matt black showing a vacuum sealable compartment that allows you to add more to the bag and reduce bulkiness, instead received a cheap standard bag, which did not include the vacuum sealable compartment and was not the airback matt black product. It was clearly false advertising.

When emailing them the dispute showing the photos of the bag and requesting to return the bag for a full refund, they simply played dumb and said i had received the correct item. They offered $10 compensation and stopped responding. They've removed the listing since. I've escalated it to paypal and hopefully can get it resolved.

Don’t be a mug and order anything from these guys. They didn’t send me what i ordered (advertised vacuum backpack, instead got inferior goods). Payment in USD, shipping updates said package on way from US, goods came from China, company based in HK. Paid 80USD, refund offered 10USD. They sell through Facebook and their own site. Buyers beware

They use the shipest transportation way what means up to 2 months the get the order, and the coustumer services are the worst! Sea transportation for a simple backpack it doesn't make sense!

I purchased something stating it was all made in the USA on 8/16/24. I placed my order then was charged in a different currency. So I immediately wrote back requesting cancelation knowing it was not a USA product. I then received credit back so I was charged US$. I tried to contact each day after to cancel no response. I see it went through customs and is on its way 3 1/2 weeks later. I had to dispute this with my CC company. I do not want the item and I do not want to ship it back I also can not refuse the pkg whenever it gets here. It is now 8/28/24 and its still in transit.

Like others before me, I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before going ahead and ordering what I thought would be a genuine 'Stitchy' Speedy Clothing Fixer. I had already received an cheap copy of this device so when I saw a post showing the difference between the genuine article and cheap copies, I decided to order another. What was delivered was another cheap copy, the same as I had already. They insisted it was the correct item even though I sent a picture showing the difference between the two items. Then followed an insulting offer of 3 dollars compensation and letting me keep the item. Keep? I'd paid for it!! Utterly disgraceful rip-off. You've been warned.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SCAMMERS. They falsely advertise their goods, send you a completely different product and then their customer service team are enraging. Ignoring every request and threat of legal action, sending the same response and offering an insulting amount in refund in comparison to what you have paid for the product. Don't buy anything from them.

UPDATE: Thanks for your reply Michael, however if you read my review properly you would see that I have been emailing your support team for months. They ignore every question, request for refund, and request to speak to someone more senior and send the same infuriating reply repeatedly. If you actually cared you would actively go speak with your team and resolve my issue.

Ordered a vacum seal backpack with built in scale handle pump vacsealcompartment and a stowaway hidden pocket. Took 4 weeks and when it finally arrived it was a simple regular backpack no vacpump or hidden pocket nor handlescale.

Total scam. Never received my package. Have sent over 30 emails requesting refund. Get automated responses about tracking. They refuse to provide an address for service or details of a complaints department.
Update - package now received. Still unhappy about the length of time taken to receive. Be warned this is not a US company but Chinese.

Order a backpack seal vacuum pay for extra shipping, got regular backpack with no pump and it’s arrived after 3 weeks.

Ordered a backpack with vacuum compartment and the one I received was just a normal laptop backpack. They told me that the product was the same after I sent them pictured of the product when it clearly wasn't. They even stopped replying after a while and just ignored me. Terrible site and products!

I ordered two backpacks with wheels and vacuum but I got one not two regular backpack and I have enough of them already as we travel a lot. I would give them non star but that was not an option. I really paid way too much for nothing that I can use. Scam company all the way 😡

I’ve purchased an air vac backpack, they delivered a normal backpack that is not vac and obviously is not worth the money I’ve spent. Their original page selling it is now “not found”. Wrote them immediately asking to return it and have a refund, however the contact service is close to none existent and impossible to get a hold of. They have yet to answer.

I've purchased a Vacuum backpack - Airback Matt Black Rucksack which has never arrived.
I've requested support from Ascribei which has never been given.
The track of the parcel shows a Postal Code that dos not exist.
This is a real fraud company.

I ordered a backpack with a vacuum pack and wheels.
Bog's standard backpack turned up today.
I should have gone to Trustpilot before ordering, as many others have been scammed in much the same way.

Same complain as the recent ones - the company has sent me a cheap substitute of the originally advertised product - I've ordered a solid backpack for laptop with vacuumed inner part for 80 USD but received fake copy without this main feature. Just wrote a claim but still no response from Ascribei!

Ordered the backpack with a vacuum seal compartment and hidden pull along handle. Items delivered were just generic backpack with no vacuum section or pull along handle. Have submitted a claim with PayPal as item was not as described.

I bought 4 bottles of Amber oud Gold edition from this company. They were all fake. They offered me $6 when I complained. Then $10. When I told them this was not acceptable, they asked me to ship the counterfeit items to a Chinese address at my expense. This cost me £25.50

20/09/24 Update

Paypay has today resolved the issue in my favour. In total, I however lost £14.20 (shipping cost I ended up paying using Royalmail) plus £11 exchange rate loss = £25.20 total. I paid £107.33 (converted by Paypal at 1 USD = $0.8108 GBP) for the perfumes. At today's exchange rate, I am getting £11 less money I spent.

At the onset of the transaction dispute, Paypal promised to give me a £15 credit for my shipping costs. They have not given it to me. Paypal made me jump through hoops to get my money back and I constantly felt like they were on the seller's side even though it was blatantly obvious I was sold counterfeit products. They make more money from the seller than from me so I guess they are safeguarding their profits/customer.

In all, a very horrible experience. Never again.

Final Update 25/9/2024:

By the time the money reached my account, it was refunded to the full value in GBP amount I paid. I was very pleased about that. When I got in touch with Paypal today to remind them of the promise, they gave me a £15 voucher to be used on purchases at specified merchants. Thankfully Ebay is one of them.

I am glad I got my money back though the process was a pain in the behind.

Be cautious of scams. I ordered two inflated bags but received a cheaper alternative instead of some cheap crap.

The Video they show you in advertising are not the same to the product they deliver. Please be careful and do not pay anything.

I hope the answer from the senior director ist just a joke. And for me it is really embarrassing, i texted arround 10-20 Messages exactly at this adress and nobody care about the Problem that obviously delivered a different product. It should also be very easy for a director to find this e-mails and also my order Number with my name.

My only luck was that i pay via Paypal and they saw the Scam immediately and helped, thanks again to Paypal and i just can give everything the advise to pay with Paypal at Shops you order for the first time.

I ordered a bag however they sent the wrong bag and after the initial response from them. They are now ghosting me. Feel they realized their error and don't want to own up. Do not use company
