It’s not even worthy of one star !!
I ordered a travel bag on 29/1/24.. it never arrived , despite copious enquiries from me and frequent updates re transit from them .. they repeatedly responded with the same apologies for ‘the delay’ and requested me to continue to be patient 🙄… I now realise they took £5 more than the cost of the bag , so guess it could have been more .. but if only I’d read the reviews on Trust Pilot before I ordered !!

They are shocking!
Ordered a watch, I wanted to send it back and the guy would not give me the return address in China (I gather the person is from the USA) he offered me $11 refund to keep the product which I refused.
Going to report him to the US authorities as recommended. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !

Awaiting order of travel bag ordered and paid 82.15 on 28th February nothing since !! Is this normal and have I been defrauded ?,

I ordered the black long sleeve shirt with hearts and paws wow what a piece of junk! It literally looks like they sewed it together when I ordered it it has seems on the outside of the shirt. It is completely backwards and the deckles are cheap stickers. I want my money back.

Awaiting delivery or notice of same having paid 82.15 for a Travel Bag advertised on FaceBook on the 28th of February!!

I ordered 2 natural oils for my hair but they overcharged me a total of $49.95 and took $59.94 from my account. And I haven't received a date for the arrival of my order.

This company took money out of my account without my consent. I didn't order anything from them !!

This product does not work my teeth are the same shade

I have 2 problems with my order and this company.
1st problem, I was over charged for the product I ordered. I received my order confirmation and it stated I would be charged 34.37 but what was submitted to PayPal and what I was actually charged was 43.09.

2nd problem, I purchased 2 Doggy Disc Balls as Christmas presents(which didn't arrive until way after Christmas) and the quality of this product is extremely cheap and dangerous. One was destroyed within a minutes and the other would have been immediately destroyed if the dog owner wasn't watching. The worst part about the balls being cheaply made is small pieces of plastic can be easily chewed off and swallowed. This is an extremely dangerous and harmful product that should be taken off the market.

Scam company took more money out of my account than original amount and still no item. Have tried contacting them, no address or telephone number

I have tried to contact the company several times with no reply. I want a refund and return 2 items back to them. Not heard anything back. Was not impressed with the products. Cheaper range of bra. Definitely would not wear them

WARNING!!!! : I have bought a product to this company, I paid them for it ONE MONTH AGO and never I received it. I claimed for it and all are excuses, "we are sorry", "apologies", we are claiming "... But I never received it. I told them" I want my money back":NOTHING. I sent them many emails. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PEOPLE, THEY TOOK MY MONEY, THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY PURCHASE AND THEY DON'T REFUND MY MONEY BACK.

I do not recommend this site. I bought product that took over a month to arrive, arrived damaged and would not refund me. All they said was we are sorry... Seriously!

My wife has an order that was placed over a month ago and it has not been received yet. We have asked for a refund, but have only gotten a sorry. We will never use or recommend this site. If you want to lose your money use this site. What a huge SCAM!!!

Scam, scam, scam! Do not order from this company! I ordered an item and never came in in time for Christmas. I asked to return it for a full refund just like the website says and they offered me $3. Save yourself a headache and your money… The item was a piece of junk.

I bought some accessories, but the order shows that they have been shipped. I have not received the goods yet. Please do not buy them.

Do not touch this company with a barge-pole! The quality of their merchandise is awful, and the waiting time for delivery is several weeks at the very least. The sizes they advertise are unrecognisable and the aftercare is non-existent. I have got my bank involved to get my money back, and would advise anyone else to do the same. They are a crowd of shysters; avoid them at all costs!!!!!

Ordered the Doggy Disco Ball Dec 8th was supposed to be a Christmas gift for our dog. It finally arrived today, Jan 11. That's not even my main complaint. It doesn't work at all like the video we saw advertising this toy. It's supposed to flatten and then pop open as a ball when a dog jumps on it. It won't stay flattened for this to work, it just keeps springing open. We even tried stepping on it, still won't stay flat. Can't give it to her as a regular ball to play with, it has metal parts, a large spring inside and one screw on the end. Waste of money and a disappointment. It's a piece of garbage, don't buy it. Glad we got our dog a lot of other toys for her 1st Christmas!

My experience is similar to what I read. It’s ~2 months since I ordered and haven’t received products:( I sent multiple chats to the support and get the same msg that it is in transit. I want to talk to someone but no phone number is provided. Lesson learned, do homework on a company you never heard of and ordered from before ordering their product. I’m at a loss on next steps and will be out ~$100, that they charged immediately and no product.
Any suggestions from others that have had the same experience is much appreciated.
