La Prima Motherboard Repair
I had an issue with the motherboard on my pedals not connecting to my PC. I suspect a power surge may have damaged the board. Despite this happening during Asetek’s holiday break, their customer support was fantastic. As soon as they were back, their response was quick and incredibly helpful, and they shipped a replacement board to me with two-day delivery all the way from Europe to Canada!
VERY VERY happy with the service and I'm glad I went with Asetek for my sim racing gear!

Shipping could have been faster and the installation instructions could have used an extra picture or two (I may have installed the standoff collars incorrectly the first time). Also, the printing to see which end is up required a jeweller's loupe. Other than that, it's great.

Not too much of the reasons to lower the score, but I wish some products had physical manuals because QR code takes you to empty page. And Formula Pro wheel had clear description that it only has 2 touch zones on top, not "touch screen" that was kinda disappointing.

Gear and shipping are on another level
Shipping was very fast here in the United States due to their vast supplier across the country.
Coming from a 5nm base and now using the 27nm Invicta is a life changer. I have never felt so much detail in the sim. This is the END GAME setup for me!

No returns accepted not even for faulty equipment
Purchased Asetek Invicta wheelbase. More than 20 hrs invested setting up wheel and software to find out wheelbase is defective. Sent several videos and emails with no response for 2 wks. Customer service told me it was ‘setting’ issues. Updated settings as advised but still did resolve issue. Requested refund and it was denied because wheel based had been mounted. How do you purchase and try it out without it being mounted?! Unbelievable! They won’t even send a replacement. I’d order from their competitors unless you have money to throw away. I’m out $2k and can’t get anywhere with this company.

Received 2k worth of sim racing gear
Received 2k worth of sim racing gear. The base could not be tuned to be smooth. I sent videos and support blamed it on tuning. I had tried a million different settings along with what Asetek suggested on there website. I have been sim racing for 15 years and had several direct drive bases and was excited to go to Asetek. We have multiple rigs equipped with Accuforce and Heusiveld gear and was thinking of upgrading them all. Not Anymore.. Very disappointed.
