Pre sales service was fantastic with all questions answered promptly in a friendly manner. Great range of products from mid range to high end and very reasonably priced for what you get. I spent over $4,000 NZD on a couple of wheels and the QR system and very happy with the build quality and value for $. However when they sent the wrong wheel their customer service did not go above any beyond.

1 of the wheels was a Christmas present for my son, as my partner wrapped the presents it was not until Christmas day when the box was opened we discovered the wheel was not the one we ordered. It was a different model and color.
Aseteks response was to put their quality control on me and ensure I check my order rather than put processes in place to prevent the wrong items being sent.

They also suggested I am lucky they are going to allow me a return on the wrong wheel and send the wheel I paid for as "some companies have a deadline for claims regarding the items you receive", which is against Danish consumer law that allow up to a whole 2 years!

I offered to pay the return shipping if they added some items of similar value when the correct wheel was sent, and when they said no to that I asked if I could purchase the items and have them sent in the same package. They said this was not possible "due to customs, you cannot combine orders or have 2 invoices covering it, it does not work"
This is a lie! As long as all the items are declared, you can put whatever you like in the box or boxes, In fact customs themselves will combine orders from separate retailers and different countries if they come arrive in the country within a few days of each other, I've had that happen before!

They eventually offered to refund the freight of my first order which is something, but I would have been a lot happier had they allowed me to add some items when the correct wheel is sent even I had to pay for them.

Despite this, I still think Asetek are great products and I hope to have better customer experiences in the future so I can come back and give them a 5 star rating which is what I gave them prior to the after sales service.

I had a problem with my wheelbase, asked to get parts to fix it myself but instead Asetek kindly replaced it even though it was out of warranty by a few days.

Great service and will now be upgrading my wheel as their service is so good.

Further more I realy like the modularity of the products. I think this will also alow easy replacement or repairability.
Shipping was very fast and everything was very well packaged. Sometimes even too good -> a box in a box that is in a box with other boxes ;)

Great product loving my sim racing again

I scored some great deals during Black Friday! I placed my order late on November 20th and received confirmation quickly. My order shipped the 21st and I received it the 24th. Asetek provided regular updates. Everything came packed in one box and was packaged well. Each individual item was packaged well. I purchased a La Prima Wheelbase, a Forte Formula Wheel, Forte Button Box, and a Round Comfort Rim. Setup was easy and straight forward. So far I have been happy with everything! I just need to take the time to program all the buttons!
The only issue I had which was likely a skill issue was installing the shift paddles on the button box. The magnet is quite strong and the allen wrench kept getting stuck to the magnet while installing the paddles.

Great experience from start to delivery. With the black friday, i bought an asetek forte pedals s series.
Purchase, invoice and delivery were clear and quick. Mounting was easy even if the rig holes were not aligned with the pedals. The brake pedal is hard as i wanted for my formula sim drive. I needed a bit of time to get used to the pedals angle but now its perfect. Thanks Asetek

Product is great, but what was weird is after I placed the order and paid it, I couldn’t find any information about my order from Asetek webshop. Even though I had logged in to my account. The product was shipped later on so no problems, but the weird phase where I didn’t know if my order was valid anymore after I paid.

Simple ordering systeem and good tracking of the package. When contacting Asetek with a problem it is very well handled and solved correctly.

I bought the wheel.
I chose the Paypal option, I chose the option to pay in 3 installments.
Paypal and my Banc made the reservation.
You sent the wheel without charging a sigle €.
Time passed, my banc revoked the reservation.
I had my wheel at home for weeks and suddenly you took all the amount in one single payment.
You caused me a problem with my account.

For the moment I haven't received my package and nobody knows where it is.

My package was found after a month, so it was more of a problem with the delivery company.

In another order I placed, a gear shift paddle was damaged (scratch and corrosion). I'm waiting for a response from customer service.

I received all my orders and customer service sent me a new pallet.

I think I was just unlucky, but in any case, customer service was excellent and very responsive.
