Straight Forward & to the point

I have the la prima bundle. So far, everything works great and is reliable. What I think makes them better than the other brands is the ecosystem. With sim racing, you sometimes get stuck in an ecosystem and you have to take all the good and the bad. Asetek's ecosystem has not let me down. The customer service is fast and understanding. The software is phenomenal. And the parts are all upgradable. And they have parts that allow you to use third party wheels. I've used other brands' software and customer service, and when they fail, they fail spectacularly. But not asetek.

I'm using Forte bundle; base, wheel, pedala, since a couple of years. I can say that they're well made and works very well. Also i contacted the support recieving immediate response . I'm very well impresse

Fast shipping, great packaging, amazing products.

I just recently purchased the Forte wheelbase and Forte Formula Pro wheel from Asetek and let me say, the quality of their equipment is top line. Full disclosure, I had a few problems setting up the wheel. I am probably 25 years older than the target audience for Sim racing, and this was definitely user error. But when I e-mailed them for assistance, they gave me fantastic help (Thanks Danni). While I was able to figure out my error, they assured me that they would help me figure out my issue. And while I am sure that if I have more problems I can be assured to get A-1 service. And that's what makes any company successful.

Despite the busy part of the year, my issue has been quickly resolved. Absolutely satisfied!

Great product and fast delivery

Couldn't be happier with my purchase of the la prima bundle. Everything i expected and better.

My friend had recommended me asetek and i liked its service, on time delivery, packaging and everything. The only thing i did not like is there were some things that my friend recieved in the same model and i did not, like the wheelbase protector, i could have seriously damaged the small pins while installing

Shipped fast, products feel high quality and good.
The FFB feels great and is very configurable via the software. Sadly, the rest of the software feels a little bare bones. The biggest things missing are automatic profile switching and being able to configure the LEDs differently for different profiles.

Great quality and the delivery was fast. Enjoying to play with.

I picked up a brand new for wheel base and within minutes wondered why the force feedback kept disconnecting. Turns out I have a bad power supply, which is very frustrating. I put in a ticket last week and the issue has still not been rectified. How simple would it be to ship a power supply overnight given the money that I just spent from the Asetek Warehouse store? Please someone help me or I will be returning the base.

12/8/25 Update: Was sent a new power unit and that was all to it. Glad it was something simple and nothing major. But I am wondering why quality control didn’t catch this during testing. Danni with CS was amazing during the process, constantly communicating on the progress of my RTA request. Well done Asetek!

Shipping was fast and efficient. Customer service was very responsive and helpful.

I was pending for the best offer until months, and it was a pleasure to see the offer just before the SimExpo! The Price was the best offer on the market and the delivery was very fast.
The only thing wrong was the pin on the wheelbase. Two of them were twisted but i find a way to make them ok. Since, everything is good!
On LMU, Assetto Corsa Rally, RBR or even Raceroom, it’s now a pleasure to use the bundle

A company that is for the consumer first . They are quick to reply to or answer any questions . Beside being one of the top sim racing companies out there , the products are just awesome .

Not the best experience for my 1st DD wheel, My wheel turned up with a rattling noise inside, and it turned out to be the bottom wheelbase mount screws had made it inside the wheelbase freely somehow (thankfully the wheelbase was functioning ok, customer service said this was normal) My brake cell pedals were broken/malfunctioning, and was told this was a graphical issue inside the calibration software and not my pedals (they are still broken) the cost for customs was £157, and i would have thought for the amount i paid for everything, my parcel would have been handled with care better (which it obviously wasn't) So for me not the best experience

The service has been phenomenal. I purchased the invicta pedals and will be buying the invicta wheel base. By far the best sim gear in the market
