Cheap, nasty product. Took weeks to arrive. No response from customer service. No chance of a refund.
Should be banned from Facebook for false advertising.

I would give 0 stars if possible.
Item not as pictured- very poor quality thin shiny fabric . The worst quality clothing I have ever seen, been contacting them for 3 days requesting return address with no response.

This company is not what it seems. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Do not waste your hard earned money. Poor quality goods looking nothing like the quality purported in their ads and pictures. Fit for dusters only! Be warned …..😡

Ordered military style jacket after seeing Facebook advert all looked good saw reviews on their site how wrong could I be, tried to cancel the next day after seeing reviews on trustpilot after several weeks received absolute rubbish, from chinese company, asked for refund no luck, sent another email stating that I was aware of UK distance selling regs, stunned to get refund to bank eventually. Lesson learned.

I think I have been ripped off, I ordered boots online as it showed up on my phone one day with a sale. They looked OK based in London with a London address and phone number.
That number is now owned by a different company, they are still all over the internet.
They actually made contact with me some weeks ago to say my purchase would take a little longer due to the volume of orders from their sale!
I'm furious

Poor quality and not what I thought, I did believe this was a British company and not from China the material was shocking with little bobble in material.

I would give 0 if that was an option.
Absolute scam of a company, item looks so cheap and flimsy, and trying to get any kind of a response from them regarding a refund is impossible. Wish I read some reviews before purchasing, waste of time and money

Complete scam. The boots were cheap plastic and looked nothing like the image. And now I have to pay to get any kind of money back. Don't touch them with a sh***y stick.

The coat I received is terrible quality, crushed beyond anything that an iron could fix, poorly stitched pockets, the cuffs don't sit right. I asked for the address to return the coat and they offered me a 25% discount instead. I refused the discount as the coat is unwearable and have since been trying to get someone to confirm a delivery address for the return but no one has replied, I have emailed about 5 times and no one is replying. This company is a scam, do not use them.

I wish I had looked here. As per the many other reviews, extremely poor quality. Support email address bounces back.

I placed an order with Ashford & Clarke in July, and the experience has been absolutely disgraceful. The order was allegedly “delivered” almost a month later — to the wrong address — and since then, I have been chasing them constantly with no proper resolution.
There is no customer service phone line, only an email contact to someone named Emily, who replies occasionally with empty promises and half-hearted offers — such as a 50% refund instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. After that, all communication stopped.
Weeks later, I still have no refund, no replacement, and no accountability from the company. It’s clear this business is not legitimate — they take your money, make excuses, and then vanish.
I have now reported Ashford & Clarke to Trading Standards and am pursuing a Section 75 claim with my payment provider to recover my funds. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company completely — there is no customer service, no transparency, and no integrity.

The company presents like a UK boutique company but the goods are shipped from China and the item ordered does not match that on the website; cheap materials and not worth the money. Should have checked TrustPilot before ordering, my bad.

Gross stupidity on my part for not looking at reviews before I bought a so called puffa jacket from this company. Took ages to arrive, terrible quality, no stuffing, massive size, very poor zips that get stuck, not much chance of getting a response to my email asking for the returns process. Annoyed with myself. Do not buy from here, it’s a massive scam.

Received order after a delay. Before I opened it I thought how light the package was for a jacket. The quality was poor but more than that I ordered an XL which was supposedly a UK14. However the jacket would actually fit a doll. Tried the email address to initiate a refund bounced back unknown domain. Scam company obviously Chinese. Delivered with no Invoice or return address. Would not recommend this company definitely not a ‘Posh’ shop as the ‘Logo’ would have you believe. Avoid avoid avoid peeps

what you see you do not get a pair of leather boots turned out to be real crap plastic wrong colour and different soles i would say cost to make £2

This is a scam company - cheaply made products from china pretending to be a British company. No labels on the product , looks nothing like the item advertised,and you get offered 25% refund, mine was 25% of £50 so £12.50 , the item isn't even worth that.

Do not buy. This company is a complete scam. The product purchased is very poor quality. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing.
