Do not buy from this company. Very poor service. Still not received item brought off website.

Very late, delivered from China unlike the implication that it was of British manufacturer, adequate quality not high class tailoring as stated. The size stated on the label has absolutely no connection to reality. It said 5X and was at most XL. There is no company of this name at Companies House, and the couple who supposed own this company do not exist as directors.

Like all the other reviews, i have today received the 'Marly' winter coat - which looked great on the advert. Its cheap fabric, thats going to literally shred after one wear, and looks flammable. i too was concerned when i saw that the tracking was from China, so took ages to arrive. 'Emily' reassured me all will be ok and that if im unhappy once received, she would send me a straightforward returns process. I have just emailed 'Her' - Lets see - based on all the other reviews, i feel like i will be ghosted. I cant believe companies get away with this, and using an image of a lovely couple with kind faces - can't believe i fell for this.

Do not buy from these people, the quality of the military coat I ordered was so poor and thin I assumes it was a shirt in the parcel, it has a cheap zip which barely works. They pretend to be from the UK but it’s Chinese junk and takes an age to arrive. Also, customer service seems to be non existent.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of the Hazel Elegant Longline Coat. What arrived looks nothing like the images advertised — the fabric is cheap, flimsy, and of shockingly poor quality. It feels like a completely different product from what was shown online.

This is false advertising at its worst, and I feel deceived as a customer. I’ve already contacted the company demanding an immediate refund and return. If you value quality or honesty, avoid this brand — the product I received is nowhere near worth the price or the promise.

Absolutely shocking item has arrived. Nothing at all like the image on their website. Poor quality, thinner than thin, shiny, wrong colour, At the time I ordered I couldn't find any feedback negative or otherwise on this company; I should have known. The company pretends to be based in Oxford so I figured that would be ok. It's a complete lie its a company in China, they ship from China. SCAM company. Currently trying to claim the money back via credit card chargeback.

AVOID! This is a fake UK 'heritage' company that started appearing on my Insta feed after I'd viewed companies like Crew Clothing, Schoeffel, and Holland Cooper. Order failed to arrive at all, having tracked it from China. No response to emails - have claimed refund via credit card company.

Unfortunately I cannot rate 0.

First the goods took a long time to deliver.
Second they were later than communicated
Third, the quality is worse than awful.

Please do not buy.. they are not uk based and the quality is extremely poor… when contacted they offer you 25 % refund and to keep the boots which are nothing like photos.. I had to go to my bank to get a refund I gave photos of what I received to what was advertised… nothing like photos at all total scam

Ordered a polo shirt from what I thought was a store in Oxford with Royal Mail delivery, advertised as there anniversary sale reduced from £99.95 to £39.95
It was delivered by Yodel 2 weeks later they kept saying it’s on its way after my enquiries,
Looks to have come from China via Netherlands very poor quality awful fit, not worth a £10 note, tried to find out UK return address i/e shops address in Oxford looks to be non existent !!
Bank is now dealing with it which I strongly advise anyone that’s not happy to do the same, or complain to trading standards,
This looks to be a completely scam company and should not be allowed to falsely advertise,

East Asian scammers purporting to be a UK family business! Items finally arrived after long delay….cheap material, poorly made, random sizing!
Asked fro return them and quoted £10/12 for postage on each item! They then came back and said keep the items and we’ll refund you 25% !!
Replied saying 50%….heard nothing so accepted 25% & learned a lesson.
Don’t touch these people!

No stars , really , I am disgusted with this company, do not buy anything off here , the boots they advertise, turn up looking nothing like the photo , they show , they are PVC , plastic , worth no more , than a fiver , laces not even in them , total rubbish , they’ve offered me 50 % refund , total joke ,

Avoid... company is selling cheap tat for a lot of money. Incorrectly sized, plastic crap. Don't reply to emails for a refund. Fraudsters! That's £50 I'll never get back. But I do have a pair of size 5 (states 7) crap cheap boots ...! Photos advertised do not match product. Save your money and go to Primark, as quality is better and far far cheaper.

I wish I'd checked Trust Pilot before I ordered, as others, I too have received a very expensive, bad quality, summer jacket - not the gorgeous winter one I was expecting. This is a total scam, with an AI generated image of a trustworthy couple outside an oxford shop that no doubt doesn't exist. I will be trying to report this website. AVOID.

Item I ordered never arrived - e-mailed company who said their tracking showed item had been delivered but they ‘would look into it’.
Complete scam - if you press on the ‘contact us’ button on their site it comes up with a non-existent e-mail address! Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a military style jacket, item arrived and it was not as advertised. I received a garment no thicker than a shirt, poor quality. Emailed straight away requesting a full refund, received a reply stating they will me a 25% refund and I can keep the garment. I emailed back demanding a full refund and I do not want the garment, haven't heard from since!! I have subsequently sent a further 4 emails and still no reply. Do not buy anything from this outlet!!

Very poor quality boots. Nothing like the picture in the advert. Waited over 3 weeks for delivery, opened package and placed in my refuse bin. This company is a con - be wary and avoid

Ordered a navy top. Shape all very square so decided to send back. As per previous reviews; customer service is from “Emily” which is an AI generated reply. Said I didn’t want to keep my item and pay for another one “postage only”. Total scam. This company need shutting down and kicking off Facebook advertising.
