Firstly, I want to say how happy I am with the workmanship from LGR Joinery, they were professional throughout, but my overall experience with Ashley Ann was very poor. Communication was inconsistent and at times unclear, misleading and often rude and standoffish. There was no final walkthrough once the work was completed. A fundamental design error caused delays and has left certain appliances/units not fitting correctly. This all resulted in avoidable stress, repeated rescheduling and a thoroughly poor experience. I would not use Ashley Ann again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Really good product and great communication with our installer, which made the whole process really easy. Thanks to Ursula for being so helpful.

Had a few issues that took a bit of time to resolve but overall we are satisfied. In the end Ashley Ann addressed our issues to the best of their ability. Their customer service was quick to respond to my previous review and all involved were cordial throughout the process. My advice to others - be patient as they get really busy and their contractors seem to be in high demand. Also, follow up on issues despite the timeline. They are true to their word and won’t forget about you.

This is the second kitchen we have bought from Ashley Ann ( previously English interiors, LeekBrook) Nothing wrong with the first kitchen; we moved house and looked at other kitchen suppliers and they just didn’t measure up to the quality and choice.
Emma could not have been more helpful, I’m not easy to please and changed my mind over colour and accessories numerous times, but Emma was so patient and understanding and Shaun fitted it so expertly and efficiently. Now we have a beautiful kitchen exactly how we wanted it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ashley Ann 5*

Outstanding from start to finish.
Heidi Denholm from the North Berwick branch was our designer. She understood our need for change due to my husband's mobility issues. She had the perfect design ready in a couple of days and arranged for us to come in and see it. We were blown away! She helped guide us with suggestions and listened to what we wanted and what would work well.
Lance was our fitter and he was tremendous, such a hard worker. He checked in with me as the project progressed to ensure I was happy and asked me where I'd like mirrors etc to go. He's a diamond.
Sadly, my husband passed away during the installation and everyone at Ashley Ann couldn't have been more supportive, compassionate and understanding.
5 star people delivering a 5 star service, going above and beyond expectations during a difficult time.

Jill was wonderful from start to finish … I asked her to waow me in her design and she exceeded my expectation .
Ross then fitted our kitchen and his attention to detail was off the scale … could not recommend Ashley Ann highly enough

Ashley Ann Edinburgh designed my kitchen and I love it! Maria included everything I asked for and offered advice, so together we have produced a brilliant kitchen. I have always wanted an island and, guess what, I now have one!
My last kitchen was grey with stainless steel fittings, so this time, I opted for Sand units and it looks beautiful - clean and crisp.
Maria worked hard to make my kitchen perfect for me, ensuring that the floor tiles were in keeping and the work tops co-ordinated. Thank you.

Ashley Ann Stirling Scotland designed and oversaw the installation of my bathroom with the aim of making it future proof for my growing sight and mobility needs. It was not an easy job for them. The room is small and based in an old stone house. I am so pleased with the result. Carrie Ann Walsh designed a modern and appropriate shower enclosure I love, and Steve Snedden Joinery expertly overcame multiple insulation difficulties such as repositioning the toilet. I have one small niggle. Ashley Ann tends to concentrate on kitchens in their official documentation such as guarantees and company policies. Bathrooms appear to take a secondary role and take up little space in their showrooms, which is a pity.

Thank you to Ashley Ann at Stirling, especially Tammy, for a stress-free refurbishment of my entire flat, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and living room. Everything went smoothly and the finished flat and units look great. Highly recommended. And thanks also to the Paul Harris team of joiners, plumbers, electicians, and decorators who frequently went above and beyond to accommodate my requests.

The quality of the bathroom components is first class. Help in suggesting layout, tiles and best use of space was very good. LGR workmen were excellent. Any problems were quickly and efficiently dealt with.

Second time using Ashley Ann, first time for a kitchen 8 years ago which still looks as new, this time for our bathroom. It’s only a small bathroom but Allyson designed us new layout and the installation was carried out with care with a professional finish. Just what we wanted. Really pleased we went with Ashley Ann in Leek again. The whole set up friendly yet professional and fantastic results.

Great kitchen,terrible dry fit service .
Repeated visits to fit ,parts missing each visit , appointments cancelled repeatedly.
Still not complete 2 months after the initial visit. I would not recommend their fitting service

From early design discussions through to install, Ashley Anne more than met all of our aspirations for our new kitchen. Tammy (Stirling branch), in particular was fantastic throughout the whole process developing a design that really works for us and providing the necessary guidance, support and co-ordination as the project progressed. Nothing was too much trouble and any issues arising (minimal) were dealt with professionally and courteously without delay. Similarly, the build team, led by Steven, were meticulous in every area of their work and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. In our experience, it's rare these days to find the level of service provided to our project by Ashley Anne where you really are treated as a valued customer. Without doubt, the whole experience was made a pleasurable one given the attention to detail provided by Tammy and by Steven during the fit. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ashley Anne to anyone considering a similar project.

A well-finished job and detailed as I had envisaged. The work was carried out efficiently by excellent craftsmen. I would certainly recommend them and use them again in the future.
