Staff, Christine, Kirsty & Pushpa were friendly & pro-fessional throughout the whole process of choosing, designing, fitting & concluding the new Ashley Ann kitchen. Nothing was too much. All queries were answered & helpful ideas were presented to us.
John, the Fitter dealt with any queries, adaptions and improvements whilst fitting the kitchen. He was attentive, good natured & worked very hard, always leaving our home in a tidy, accessible state. He allayed any worries we had and was trustworthy.
The quality of the product is of a high standard and obviously the cost reflects this. Excellent workman-ship. We are enjoying our bespoke finished kitchen which enhanced our home and know that it is guaranteed for a lifetime for us to enjoy.

The whole process was made easy by the Thurso staff, who guided us through what we would like,then a house visit to measure up. The concept design was way above what we expected and the finished kitchen was beautifully installed by the talented guys. We are so pleased with what we now have.

The service was excellent from start to finish, initial consultation to completed work. Gemma was immensely helpful and kept in close touch throughout with updates, design ideas and specifications. The kitchen installation went very smoothly and the team were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful and showed great attention to detail. I'm delighted with my new kitchen.

It has been a rather emotional experience. We had to change our bathroom into a shower room due to my husband’s progressive illness. Kelly was most helpful and Catriona was always ready with the coffee!

Company installed a waste disposal unit, at the same time as installing a new kitchen. The unit was never tested and has never worked, they have had 3 attempts at fixing it. One month on issue persists. We are now looking to get a professional company to come and do the work. Unbelievable ineptitude from a kitchen company. After escalation, eventually fixed by a very rude engineer. Only taken 1 month!

Well constructed product, installed by an experienced and expert fitter in a timely and tidy manner. My apartment was left in a tidy and clean state with the new fitted wardrobe a considerable improvement over the one removed. A quality product!

She went above and beyond to deliver a beautifully designed kitchen and bathrooms that exceeded our expectations while staying within budget. Maria's expertise, attention to detail, and innovative design solutions transformed our space into something both stunning and highly functional. The quality of materials and workmanship was exceptional, and the entire renovation process was seamlessly managed. Highly recommend Ashley Ann and specifically requesting Maria for anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation. Absolutely delighted with the results!

When I first stepped into Ashley Ann, I was pretty sure we couldn't afford it...everything was just SO BEAUTIFUL. But we asked for a quote anyway, because... a girl can dream, right?
When Maria showed us the design we were simply blown away. Everyone else we talked to was just slotting units into place on a diagram... Maria is a designer. She came up with a solution to an awkward corner that makes the space so much more useable AND what was once a dark corner is now a feature! We really wanted Ashley Ann, but we were still worried about affording it. But Maria really LISTENED... to our budget and to what was important. She didn't let me fall in love with any piece that was going to be unaffordable, she suggested alternatives until we found a good solution.
Then came installation--you hear so many bad stories--but I cannot say enough good things about Sara and her team at 168 Interiors! Pavel and Pavel were great to work with--great at communicating and giving me options. Any small issue I had was resolved quickly--Sara wanted me to be thrilled with the result, not just say "that's good enough". Again, the team worked with me to make sure I knew the cost of any of the "little extra" asks and believe it or not we came in just under budget for the whole project!

We received excellent service from start to finish. Carrie Ann and her team were all very professional and made our experience of having a new kitchen fitted stress free. They have excellent design skills, listen to what you want/ do not want and have great kitchen fitters who take pride in their work. Any small snagging issues were quickly attended to.
