The Song Pilots are first class!!! We booked them for a our wedding at Dodford Manor and they were perfect. They arrived on time, set up quickly and quietly (didn’t even no they were there). The music was brilliant and a good mix of stuff that got people onto the dance floor. We have recommended them to a friend already for their wedding so we hope to see them again soon! We even managed to get them to do an extra song at the end despite going over the time limit. Couldn’t refuse champagne supernova being belted out. We would also like to thank Liam Ashmore for taking care of the booking through Ashmore Music. Really friendly and easy going with everything explained and planned to perfection. Thanks again to the song pilots and Liam. You really made out wedding the best day ever!

The Song Pilots have a brilliant sound, it came across better on the night than the videos which we chose them based on.

The band are engaging and did great renditions of a whole host of classic tunes, putting their own sound to them.

The process from booking through to the final event was very smooth also, Liam providing quick and efficient responses to our queries.

Fully recommend all round!

We booked The Song Pilots for our wedding on the 2nd April at Dodford Manor, through Liam Ashmore. We can not recommend this incredible band more - Joey, Dave and Chris played an acoustic set through our drinks reception which all our guests loved and then kept the dance floor busy all evening. The guys were brilliant and we have had so many comments since about how great the band was. The service them and Liam provided was brilliant. Thank you for making our wedding an unforgettable day.

We booked ‘The Song Pilots’ through Ashmore Music for our wedding on 25th February 2023 at Dodford Manor after being recommended by the venue, and after we sussed out their Instagram and website and were really impressed with the content. And I can honestly say they were incredible, from start to finish they had us and our guests on the dancefloor. Our first dance ‘Fall Into Me - Forest Blakk’ was played live and it really was a special touch for our day. We would highly recommend the band for anyone looking for 3 lovely guys to keep your dance floor full! Thank you so much Joey, Dave & Chris, you guys were amazing and our guests were really impressed too!
Also thanks to Liam for organising it all for us, his communication throughout the booking process and the lead up to the day was great. Very accommodating with song requests too.

We got married at Pendrell Hall on 24th March. Liam was friendly and kept in good contact in the run up to the wedding. On the day, they provided a thoroughly entertaining acoustic and live set. They created an amazing atmosphere - so many guests said how much they enjoyed the music. Would highly recommend!

Communication with the Song Pilots was fantastic from the start, the band are so friendly and will do anything to ensure you will have a fantastic night! Our first dance song was not listed in their catalogue (Happy Together), but they learnt it specifically and performed it brilliantly. We had guests coming to us all night saying how impressed they were with the band and have even recommend them for other weddings. The band have really good interaction with the crowd and soon got people dancing, particularly during our special request of 'Stacey's Mum' which Stacey's (bride) mum thoroughly enjoyed! They are genuinely nice lads and they felt like a perfect part of the day, they felt like guests rather than coming to do a job! The Ashmore Brothers were also great to communicate with, you can really tell that everyone loves what they do.

The communication with Liam was very simple and we chose The Song Pilots as our wedding band and we are so thankful that we did. They were absolutely amazing- not only on the night, but also leading up to it by learning a unique song to creating the perfect set list for us. They really got the crowd going and nobody left the dance floor when they were playing. I would highly recommend these lads to anyone who loves indie/ rock and roll and wants to get the crowd going. Thank you for making our night so special.

We had been invited to a New Year's eve evening wedding reception and were treated to an excellent evening of music provided by the talented The Song Pilots Band. While being 75 years it was lovely to see everyone of all ages on the dance floor all evening enjoying music from the lads. I even thanked Joey at the end of the night and was given a lovely handshake.

The Song Pilots played throughout the day at our wedding. They were absolutely incredible, possibly the best money we spent on the entire wedding. Three super nice and extremely talented guys that really got the party started. I couldn’t recommend them anymore, thank you for everything!!!

The Squires provided the evening entertainment at our wedding through 2 x live sets (guitar and drums) and 2 x dj sets on 5th November 2022 at Tissington Hall in Derbyshire.

The Squires were amazing and we could not have asked for a better band for our evening. They created an incredible atmosphere with drum loops and other techniques and really came with the energy! The band played an eclectic range of songs that pleased all ages at our wedding and kept the dance floor busy throughout.

James (lead singer) was lovely and the band played a live version of our requested song (Rusted Roots - Send Me on My Way) which was a very special touch.

We had the Ashmore Bros come and join us for the whole day which was by far one of our best decisions when planning for the day.
From giving them the brief, to choosing an unusual first dance song - which they did a version of which was better than we thought it would ever be!!
They were quality from start to finish and everyone who mentioned them throughout the day said how awesome they were.
Would highly recommend.

Just wow! Incredible band, made our first dance extra special as well having you perform it live. Even though a lot of our very small guests crashed pretty early and the adults had to take them back everyone took the time to tell us how amazing you guys were and sounded great! Thank you so so much!

We had the Squires for our wedding day and all we can say is WOW. They were absolutely amazing and created such an amazing atmosphere. All of our guests were singing along. They were absolutely everything and more that we wanted. The Squires even learnt a couple of songs for us which gave it that extra special touch. I would highly recommend them. Our guests couldn’t believe how amazing it was and was constantly complimenting how amazing it was. From the start to the process to the end, everything was amazing. Liam was amazing throughout the whole booking process and was always there to answer any questions & made everything so simple and easy. We just wanted to thank you so so much for playing at our wedding. You guys are amazing!

Ashmore brothers were amazing. All the extra personal touches made it extra special. Liam, Matt and Rich were simply incredible for our wedding! All of our guests continually commented on how good they played, we had them join us for the whole day and it was so worth it, they became a part of our wedding! Ben, the saxophonist, was also incredible and amazing when he joined us on the dance floor. The band were so flexible to ensure we had the exact music we wanted….honestly look no further for the best wedding band who please all generations!

Not sure where to start. From the first correspondence with Liam Ashmoore to the last tune played by the song pilots. 100% professional service right through the booking. I would have no problem recommending these guys. They certainly know how to read a crowd, and then please the crowd. They played at our farm wedding in a marquee to over 200 guests and the place was rocking. Can’t thank you guys enough for making our day even more special

Hi Liam. Just a quick message to thank you, Ben, Sam and Andy (the mocking jays) that helped to make our wedding the most memorable day and evening. They were truly AMAZING. I would 100% recommend The Song Pilots! They played at our wedding a couple of weeks ago and were absolutely amazing. We had ‘Everywhere - Fleetwood Mac’ as our first dance and these guys did such a good cover, it couldn’t have worked any better! We had guests at our wedding ask for their details as they really want to book them for their wedding next year, fingers crossed they do as I would love to see you guys again from a guest point of view! Not only are they a great band but all genuinely nice people as well. I would without any question book them again for a future event. Absolutely amazing! We booked The Chaperones for our wedding but unfortunately they caught covid and couldn’t attend! Liam contacted us immediately and organised a replacement band, The Song Pilots. The lads were fantastic, everyone has thoroughly praised the band and their sets on the day. They were really thoughtful and tailored the music for us! Thanks again, you made the day!
