Fantastic services. Fresh vegetables. I ordered 1st time a month back as my friend suggested me asian buy. I am very happy with my shopping. The only thing I found not good is the delivery charge. It should be free after Atleast 100 pounds shopping otherwise its very good and fast.

Regarding Delivering charges we understand your point however as a policy matter we want to make sure that we are transparent with our valuable customer and keep the prices of every items as low as possible .
If we start following what other online retailer does (giving free delivery over certain amount ) then we can do the same by inflating/increase the rates of each products and still be the cheaper then our competitors . This way we can make more money as any order has 20-40 product line on the invoice and even 10-20 p increase on each product will give us more amount then delivery amount we charge . Since we want to win the hearts and mind of our customers by being honest/transparent and providing high class service hence this policy.
In future as the business model grows we will keep on reviewing our policies and adjust according to our customer demands.

The online shopping process was…
The online shopping process was straightforward. The only thing I’d suggest is to have a wider selection of fresh vegetables and spices ( couldn’t find poppy seeds in the spice selection)
The delivery was prompt and the timing ( 9pm) was perfect for me and the vegetables were very fresh.
Overall Good experience !

Fresh vegetables delivered to door. All veggies are hand-picked and fresh, if the veggies are not up to standard, they are honest and dont deliver and refund the price. Delivery times are good as well, and the prices are definitely great.
