Worst service ever, I have been chasing my refund since June and have emailed them several times. Yet no response, each time they say we will get back to you and no one does . Even the customer service number just say we don’t deal with refunds just email. I am getting no where with them.

I bought a pyami suit, received it and I tried it on and it was tight, the sizing is wrong so I rang 5 times left messages and no answer so I sent a email and then somebody rang me back. I explained that it’s to small and sizing wasn’t right she said I can have a refund but they will have to 10% of the refund For the repacking and administration and £7pounds for returns, I said are you having a laugh I said nobody else takes money from the refund why you. She didn’t answer and put the phone down, so rude, don’t order from there, the service is bad . Please read the reviews before ordering. Disgusted by the service they give, don’t believe any good reviews they give

I purchased an outfit for eid. Firstly their description for the outfit was so wrong.

It was described as a lengha (top and skirt) but in actual fact it’s a long dress. I had seen the same picture on another website and asked them several times if they can send me pictures of the outfit as they only had one picture of this dress and they said due to covid 19 they can’t show me the dress.

I placed an order over a week ago and opted for faster delivery and I still haven’t received my dress which I need for eid which is next week and I still need to give it to tailor to stitch as it’s semi stitched. For the past two days I’ve been calling them, messaging them on WhatsApp and Instagram and the receptionist keeps on saying someone will get back to me and no one does. It’s a shame really as I’ve ordered from Asian couture once before and didn’t have an issue.

I’m going to ring them all day tomorrow non stop in hope that they sort this problem out as it’s Eid next week and I haven’t got my clothes.
I’ve ordered matching jewellery and make up for this outfit which has costed me quite a lot so I need this dress not even a refund. Very unprofessional business you’d rather just go out to green street or Whitechapel and buy something that you can see with your own eyes and not have to pay extra for delivery or anything!
They’ve blocked me on Instagram when I enquired about my dress. Keep well away from them. I will be contacting trading standards

Update: today (Tuesday 18th July 2020) I received a call last week Friday that someone will get in touch with me today between 4-5pm

I received a call to say that the dress I ordered they haven’t got. I still don’t understand why even now the dress is showing it’s in stock on their website when it isn’t.

She then showed me pictures of other dresses she picked up from the warehouse without sending me pics before picking them up so assuming that I’d like them.

I told her I didn’t like them then finally she sent me a picture of a dress which I liked compared to the rest.

She said she’ll send it out today for delivery tomorrow (Wednesday) it’s now 5.30pm. I still need to get it stitched before Friday which is Eid day.
Please people save yourselves from stress and order elsewhere. Only god knows how much unnecessary stress all of this has caused me.
It’s a waiting game now. Need to see if I’ll actually receive the dress for tomorrow (Wednesday)

She tried to rectify the problem but I don’t understand to save the hassle on both sides all they needed to do is clearly state on website whether the dresses are in stock or not.
I actually have a really bad headache now.
Shopping should be therapeutic and this experience was far from that.

Update: 29.07.2020
Yesterday Asian couture sent the alternative dress for next day delivery (today) through UPS. It’s now 4.25pm and I still haven’t received it. I rang UPS and they said they’ve mixed up the packages and I’ll receive it tomorrow which would mean I would have no chance to get it stitched for eid. So there is one day to go for eid and I still haven’t got my outfit. Please please do not order from this place

I called ups
They said they are not delivering the dress to me today and will deliver tomorrow 9am-7pm

I’ll have to go and buy a readymade dress as there’s no point now
Ridiculous company.
Update: 12pm (30.07.2020)

At 4 am my dress arrives around an hour from where I live. I called UPS and said I need it by 12pm as I need to take material to stitch to tailor and eid is tomorrow. It arrived at 11.40am today hooray and I’m on my way to the tailor bless him he is doing me a favour by stitching the dress a day before Eid!!!!
So much stress which was unnecessary

Did a great mistake to shop with them,i wish i could check review before shopping. Totally nonprofessional staff, never replies back email, customer service representative has only one line to say i.e. please send email and will get back to you. Order delivery time has already passed still i even didn't know whether my order has been dispatched or even ready or not. Don't know whether i will get my order before Eid or not. Over priced delivery rates. Rude, Mean, irresponsible staff. Worst people to shop with. Please dont shop with them!!!!!

Not sure y I didn’t read reviews prior to buying from asian couture. Nightmare dealing with these people. I have never had to deal with such headaches. Didnt even receive my dress let alone in time for Eid. Ordered 2 weeks in advance. They are not prepared to accept their fault instead staff are rude. Never again

Please please don’t shop from here! Save yourself the stress and hassle. These people are cons!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering then I wouldn’t have bothered, it’s been almost 2 weeks that I placed an order waited until it had been 7 working days before I contacted them, called and emailed several times but I’ve had no response or explanation about my order. Still waiting, the customer services are only there to answer the calls don’t know nothing about the company so they fob you off every time you call.

Worst experience ever. No reply to emails when they are in the wrong. Charged for 5 working days delivery but after 6 days i chased it up and they lied they never received my order/ email when i got confirmation from them. Then ignored emails. Sent outfit which was unbelievable as it was not finished. I couldn’t wear it. And ignored my email to refund my delivery payment and refused to repair / complete the stitching.
Shocking dont know how they sleep at night. What goes around comes around thats all I can hope for.

The delivery was mistaken and sent wrong i requested a delivery by Saturday and got the package by Tuesday . I was promised a refund so let’s see . The dress has arrived and it’s beautiful , sizing chart is worth looking at and measuring yourself before order. Other than the delivery mistake everything went well

Bought a few dresses a couple weeks ago and they were despatched and delivered within 2 days. Quality was great and my sisters looked amazing! Customer Service was a breeze to talk to. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting site, been a month now and I have had no delivery of my order or my refund.
All emails are being ignored.
Will be taking them to court.
They are getting away with scams like this because they think none will do anything about it.
Time for a wake up call!

Bought a dress the website paid extra for next day delivery but came 3 days later and when it arrived was nothing like the picture. I asked for a return and refund the return process is a joke it took nearly 2 months to get my refund only after threatening to take them court i got my money back.

Very honest business. Asian Couture Customer services emailed to check whether I have returned one Suit as I requested.
They said one of they colleagues haven’t updated they system. So if I can provide return receipt. So they can put a refund through to my account straight away.
I was very surprised they chased me up and pleased too get back my money back.
Brought 2 more outfits from them a few days ago they arrived yesterday. I must say the quality of suits are lovely.

I have had the worst experience with Asiaincouture. I recently ordered two outfits, one which was not even sewn even though they were displayed as ready made Medium size suits. Additionally, they were both the worst replicas. The outfits were completely different and looked very cheap even after spending over £200 for them both.
Furthermore, when I tried contacting them to return the outfits they responded very rudely and did not even given a returns address.
I am stuck with two outfits that I don't want and can not return.
I would not recommend this website for Asian clothes.

were do i start firstly i purchased an order of£109 and then a second of £69.99 trusting this company at first i waited 7 days no delivery i also contacted them on watsapp so many times nothing was sorted and then i was informed 2 were out of stock anx that i would get a refund 3 weeks later im still waiting!!
also the images shown look NOTHING LIKE THE IMAGES terrible quality so i sent them back and stilll waiting for my refund
save yourself thr stess this company ARE FRAUDS!!

dont order from here its a fraud. there is no one working there and they cant tell you if your order is dispatched or even if things are in stock. they just take your money and dont give you anything.
