Beautiful modern indian dresses.wonderful customer services.delivered on time.was exactly how it was described.very happy and would definitely recommend.

I brought a few suits and had it customised by asiancouture. There were beautifully stitched and I was kept updated by customer service about my suits I ordered when ever I emailed.
Love the suits .I am definitely going to be doing all my shipping here

Ordered two dresses, they both arrives unstitched. There was no info that said they would come unstitched. The website did say that if you want to adjust sizing you pay extra. That was misleading as apparently that meant if I wanted the whole thing to be stitched. I'm now trying to arrange for a return, it's been FIVE days and I've had absolutely no response!!! This is just too frustrating. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this place. Awful service.

Last week I ordered a suit which was on sale. I needed their IBAN to transfer the money, so I wrote them to send me the IBAN. 1 day no reply 2 days no reply 3 days no reply. So I decided to text them on Whatsapp. After some time a person wrote me that I may pay by credit card and they would send me the payment link in the afternoon. Unfortunately I did not get it on the same day. I waited and asked them next day to send me the link. They didnt reply. I was really pis*ed off and wrote them next day again to send me the link otherwise i would cancel my order. They read it but did not reply. So I canceld my order. Their only reply was: "OK". I have never seen a worst customer serice than theirs. Never buy from them!!!!!

If it would be possible, I would give them -100 Stars

The email states that if your unhappy with the purchase you can return it however it must be done within 24 hours of delivery. At this point you should receive email on how to do this however the company does not answer calls or pick up emails.

I must stress please please do not use this company.

The lady in customer service was very professional and deal with my concerns in a very supportive manner.

From start to finish she highlighted what is the best way to measure and customise the outfits to make it look great on me.
I requested the suits to be customise within three days it was done and delivered in a excellent way.
The delivery service was also excellent there gave an hour slot window on the day and I received my dresses in that time there promised there deliver.

The suits was customise to a very high standard. You won't be able to tell the difference between an high street debenhams to this beautiful outfits.

I gave five stars to this lady in customer services. Thankyou I will be definitely be using your services again.The suits were beautiful and very good quality.

I paid and ordered an outfit from their website, which was highlighted "in stock" I paid for next day delivery too!
The next day I called to confirm delivery as getting this outfit on time was so important to me!
When I called no one answered and eventually a little child answered the phone and handed in on to whom she referred to as mum. I was disconnected and tried calling back several times! Eventually I got through to someone who couldn't really speak clear English, she told me I wouldn't get my outfit as they don't know if they have it in stock! I told her I paid extra for delivery and it was in stock on their website. She said she needs to check and that was all.
She made no attempt to contact me. I contacted her several times, and she eventually called me back saying I would not get this outfit and that was that. She did not apologise for the inconvenience which I feel was more important! She dusted it off as if it was nothing! The service is awful and unprofessional. I asked for a refund and eventually I got one. (Still in PayPal holding) I wouldn't trust this company again and defiantly wouldn't feel safe shopping with them. She didn't say sorry once and clearly what they advertise on their website is false!
