Waste of money will ruin your specia occasion ie eid

Absolutely dissapointed. I bought two suits from Asian couture and paid an extra £10 for each suit for the stitching xxl bearing in mind their xxl is actually very small. When I received the parcel one suit was stitched am guessing ready made and looked a size small and one suit was not stitched even though I paid for the stitching of the suits and the suits looks nothing like what the picture shows!!!! Waste of money extremely dissapointed. Unacceptable experience. This is the worst store to buy your eid or any occasion outfits it will ruin your specia occasion I paid an extra £10 for each suits for the stitching too and one came back unstitched. Never will purchase anything from Asian couture!!!!!!!!!! I spoke to a woman on whatsapp via their whatsapp enquiry number and she rang me I told her that I was dissapointed with the suits and I said I want a refund she said "first you send the suits to us and we will give you a refund" how would I know your telling me the truth after ripping me off with two suits. How can I trust a company like that and to top it off Asian couture have blocked me on whatsapp so that I cannot get to them! if I Gave my suits back to them they could have blocked me and not let me get in contact with them and therefore wouldn't have got my refund . your the worst store to go to, I've bought from other companies such as trendy16 and they don't do that?!! That sort of customer service will not get you anywhere asian couture tbh it will make you lose more and more customers!!

First time purchasing - Outstanding Customer service and final product

This is the first time I've purchased from Asian Couture, and I was satisfied with the overall customer service and the final product. I purchased a ready made suit from Asian Couture, and was pleased with the package arriving the very next day. The product itself was as advertised and was packaged very nicely. Overall, I would say that I would recommend the service to my friends and family. Thanks for the amazing service. Keep it up!

Asiancouture you are the Best Indian …

Asiancouture you are the Best Indian clothing company online. Your customer service and email staff prompt communication in dealing with all Enquire's. Love that and love all the semi stitched suits ad readymade there all on point and described well. Thank you for the quick refund too. On product that was out of stock. Best communication via email for refund.
I am going to tell all my friends and colleagues about you . Will definitely shop here again !! Highly recommended!!

AVOID. IT'S A SCAM/FRAUD! YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK

Avoid this business.

They take your money, don't deliver what you've ordered, don't deliver on promises, don't deliver on time.

Try and claim a refund and they'll be all polite on the phone and say it's on it's way.. it isn't!

Company is a joke guys.. save your hard earned money and avoid!

DO NOT SHOP HERE

This site uses false images to sell there poor imitation clothes, quality is very poor and the tailoring is atrocious looks like a child completing the tailoring.

DO NOT SHOP HERE !!! You will be very disappointed and wont get your money back

Rubbish tailoring. Worst experience ordering from asain couture

Ordered lengha which was meant to be stitched as requested, stitching was rubbish and had to do our own stitching.

Thank you for your feedback. Please read our terms and conditions a customer has to provide her length as well as her sizes at the time of placing an order with us. Which you can put in the comment box at the checkout. In this case you did not provide the accurate measurement this is hence why the lengha was not to your liking

Classic cowboy traders

Hmm, I wonder exactly how many of the recent and classic 3 liner reviews on Trust Pilot are from genuine customers since the older reviews are definitely far more representative of the unethical business practices of this company. Asian Couture and its sister company CompletetheLookz are one of the biggest rip off merchants that I have come across in my experiences of online shopping and the business is most likely run from the garage of the business owner's home. This merchant flagrantly breaches consumer protection laws without any proper regard for the legal rights of the consumer. Readily takes payment for goods and fictitious next day delivery on the basis of false representations on websites about the apparent availability of items. The customer then needs to chase the business for their purchases on phone numbers which are rarely answered. What customer service??? Switches expensive clothing for cheaper substitutes once the customer has made payment in true cowboy trader style. When the customer complains to Paypal, will then try to persuade the customer to withdraw their complaint and will only get in touch with you when a complaint has been made to Paypal. Will sell you one lie after another over the telephone about the apparent availability of goods and on delivery dates. Shop with this trader at your peril!!!

Update on Review on Trust Pilot following reply from Asian Couture:

Wow, Asian Couture finally took the time to reply on 6 November 2016 to the concerns which I expressed to PayPal and on Trust Pilot in relation to the diabolical and unlawful trading practices the company quietly engaged in during w/c 10 October 2016 when shopping for dresses on its website for my cousin's wedding.

I hate to disappoint you Asian Couture however my complaint as filed with PayPal was escalated through the PayPal complaints procedure to the Chief Executive, Cameron McClean, and the PayPal Executive Complaints Department later compensated me in the sum of £80.00 because it accepted that certain facts in connection with my complaint had been overlooked at the first stage of consideration of my claim.

This matter would have in any case ended up as a complaint to the credit card company so do not for one minute believe that your company would have walked away Scott free from your illegal trading activities.

You say that you are an experienced trader. Then what exactly does the Trade Description Act (1968) and Misrepresentation Act (1967) mean to your company when you advertise items as being in stock when they are not and advertise Next Day delivery which you clearly cannot provide?

You took payment for two dresses through PayPal in the sum of £166.98 which included an additional payment of £7.00 for Next Day delivery and could not honour this in outright breach of contract. Do you mean to say that laws and regulations which apply to other traders in the United Kingdom do not apply to your company when advertising goods and services on your website?

You took payment for two semi-stitched dresses and for Next Day delivery on 10 October 2016 which you delivered (and only after multiple phone calls from me) between 3-4pm on 13 October 2016. My order was clearly marked:

"Please note this is an urgent order for Next Day delivery for two semi-stitched outfits"

You were told by me on 10 October 2016 over the telephone that the dresses were for my cousin's wedding on 15 October 2016 and you fully knew the outfits still needed to be stitched by a tailor as they were clearly semi-stitched outfits.

I offered to provide Paypal with photos of what your company actually delivered. The unlabelled Sea Blue Sybella dress was never provided in its original packaging and the trousers for the Navy Blue Velvet dress was not the yellow colour with blue spotted pattern advertised on your website. My family is not born yesterday and we can recognize a switch for inferior material when it has been made.

Even the independent tailors located in Ealing Road, Wembley spotted the switch from viewing the photo that came with the Navy Blue Velvet dress suit and it was their confirmed opinion which led me to complain to PayPal.

You refer to "bullying" from myself the buyer. Are you kidding me??? If you break United Kingdom Consumer Protection Laws left right and centre do you not think that the customer has a right to complain?

Each and every part of my complaint with PayPal was well-evidenced by documented and photographic evidence. PayPal also tell me that they keep an eye on the number of complaints received about traders through PayPal and mine is on their file for future reference about the conduct of your company.

Your concern from the outset has been solely about money. And not about the service you provided to me the customer and you sold me lie after lie over the telephone about the availability of the two items ordered without any care for the loss or inconvenience caused to me by your reckless conduct.

My complaint stands along with complaints from other customers on Trust Pilot who by the way say exactly the same things about you between the blatantly fake reviews left on the Trust Pilot website. Even PayPal encourage me to file my complaint about Asian Couture to Trading Standards and this is clearly long overdue.

Further Update on Review

Thanks for the further comments Asian Couture. Consumers are savy enough these days and are able to spot cowboy traders in most instances. Let consumers decide which reviews are genuine and which are fake. Note that Trust Pilot does not actually verify any purchases and cannot comment upon the authenticity of any review.

You are really pathetic Asian Couture. Rather than phone the customer to sort out issues you prefer to engage in dialogue on Trust Pilot in your desperate attempt to stop the truth coming out in what your company stands for. If you would like confirmation that PayPal had compensated me in the sum of £80.00 at Executive Complaints Level on my claim filed against your company then contact them.

Who in their right mind would want to trust your company for buying wedding dresses for important occasions when you mislead customers left right and centre. You even feel it to be your right to hold on to the £7.00 charge for Next Day Delivery which you did not provide. The technical word for this is theft by deception. The word "Express Delivery" is advertised on your front page yet you clearly cannot provide this.

Don't waste any more of my time as I would prefer to communicate my concerns to Trading Standards and the relevant authorities rather than engage in communications with a trite company that simply does not care about the law and they might also like to investigate the stream of glowing reviews left on Trust Pilot in such a short space of time following my review in a futile attempt to seriously mislead the consumer.

Thank you D., You left negative feedback because you wanted compensation your claim was rejected. You were ordered by paypal to return the dresses but you didn't. You ordered orginial dresses of our new collection and we sent you the ORGINIAL dresses to you. You say is cheap replicas but replicas have not even come out in new Sybella collection it take 2-3 weeks after original dresses are launch before replicas are made. There don't have tags on it and have names on packet but many of the indian brands don't put tags on they suits and put in name packaging, to keep they price low. `There make batches of thousands of dresses in they factories. You can check in market the same product anywhere wont have tags on it or it comes in a designer bag packet this does not mean its a replica.Its a competitive market and comes pre packed from manufacturers in these sort of packets. Most of all our dresses are orginial. If we do have any replicas we state it has replicas.

Tell us another thing why did you decide to keep those dresses you had an option to send it back for a full product refund.
BUT YOU DID NOT, You knew they were orginial dresses. you say product didn't match description you could have sent it back.
Both dresses you ordered were original dresses of an indian designer brand. We have sold over a dozen of these dresses and have huge demand for these suits, another customer would have brought it. Yes, sometimes colours and style may be different of actual product that why we give customer a piece of mind has long has they have not had the dresses tailored by us and have ordered it semi stitched they can return it for a full product refund. (Our T&C apply)
We do allow customers to return any semi stitched suits back up to 14 days. (T&C applies)
Its does not affect yours or any other customers statuary right.

You keep mentioning trading standards, but has a company we fulfil all our rights we sent your original suits and fulfil your order, gave you an option to return it and prior to your order going out we notified on the phone that your suits will be delayed slightly beforehand and gave you an option whether you would like to continue with your order or wish to cancel it. You said you wish to continue with it. Yes, we apologise to you many times why we couldn't fulfil your order for next day and we notified you on the phone why was this not possible.

Our customer advisor did inform you over the phone that there will be delay in your order delivery has it coming from our other warehouse you said it's ok and spent over an hour on the phone with our advisor. You wasted so much time and then you open a case with PayPal too. We will not be bullied by customers as yourself in giving in to your ridiculous demands. PayPal rejected your claim and shut the case too. Please note we are a genuine company and have been established for a long time and have many other happy customers.

You mention fake reviews that our customers put up but there are genuine and appreciate our products and customer services. We are not perfect but we are taking heed to customers feedback and are doing our best to give the best possible and reliable customer service. Hence we have made many changes to our products and services to fulfil all our customers needs. We hope to have many more honest and happy customers in the near future
