The quality and price of Asim’s dresses…

The quality and price of Asim’s dresses are great—I’ve bought many from them. However, their customer service is absolutely terrible. A couple of times, they sent me dresses with missing pieces, and getting a response from them was a nightmare. They take forever to reply to messages or emails, and when they do, they just pass you from one team to another, forcing you to go through the verification process over and over again. Even when it’s clearly their mistake, resolving the issue is extremely difficult. And if the mistake is on your end? Don’t expect any help at all.

Garbage product

Garbage product, even worse customer service. I ordered a large quantity of suits given good prices. So far three suits have been delivered and all are faulty and defected. Typical shady business practices of Pakistani business. Upon my inquiry, I was told that defective suits have to be returned within three days. Well the suits arrived in Canada much after three days of window. Big question is why are they selling defective product in the first place?? Willful deception and border line fraud!

The worst decision of my life is to…

The worst decision of my life is to order from. Asim jofa ....order AJ1242447 is made on 6 Dec 24 but till 31st Dec I didn't receive the dress and worst of all I already paid it through easy paisa....on 31st I called the help line and asked them to cancel my order as it was not delivered till yet...they canceled it and said I will receive my refund on the same account now it's 18 Jan no refund is issued....
I neither received the dress nor the money refunded
I already called them million times on there help line ...but the same typical words every time they repeat....

Order not delivered: AJ1334758 / Order placed 18/12/2024

I placed 3 orders in December, My Last order had 2 articles which were missing and not delivered, I complained Several Times to M&P courier about my parcel but no luck, Then from 30th of December I started ringing the ASIM JOFA helpline.

1st of December I have spoken to the gentle and told the whole story again as i'm bit worried as they (M&P) have marked my both parcel as i rejected it, Which completely wrong and never received a phone call except one on Friday 28th January,

As I gave my office address for delivery and He was there to deliver my one parcel and i told him we opened our office after 2pm (Jummah Prayer). If you cannot come back then hand it to some in the office and i will transfer the amount to your account but he replied Sir if you transfer online you have to pay extra money to me, Which i refused and said kindly come tomorrow or later today and i will pay you cash and he hang up on me.

After that I was expecting my second parcel as both articles were separately dispatched. I was tracking my parcels and I saw they cancelled my second parcel as well and I haven't received a call and one came to the office or anything.

I confirmed M&P about that they said they will re-attempt the next day but on one came in. Same day ASIM JOFA helpline staff and he also said we have marked the complaint and we ask them to re-attempt but on luck.

I was ringing the ASIM JOFA helpline and will keep ringing for the next 3 days with the same story, Your complaint is already there and you'll receive the parcel shotly until 06/01/2025 same story.

07/01/2025 - Spoken to ASIM JOFA helpline staff told me,
Oh sir , we are really sorry your parcel is returned and now we can't do anything. For the past 8 days I kept chasing the parcel but everytime they gave me a story.

So much high priced without respective quality, we ordered one 3 pcs suite in 10k and when we received it my mother told me it's a very bad cheap quality cloth. I expected ASIM Jofa team to accept return they are just clearly declining returns just after 1 day of delivery. Let me tell you their bad policy: 1) We accept returns for only defective items, Meanwhile they won't be issuing you full refund. They will send you a coupon to have purchase again on their scam ASIM Jofa site. They are so tricky and smart in declining retruns.
