Incompetent

Incompetent. I had a domain set to auto renew. It did not renew. Managed to just get the domain renewed. Sadly, I can not take this further with them as there needs to be consequences for this sort of incompetence, especially if I had lost the domain name. Sadly. I only renewed the hosting a week earlier as I would have moved to another host. Certainly will be doing that when its up for renewal again.

Being invoiced before I even finished…

Being invoiced before I even finished signing up. While filling out the form to purchase services, I decided to go with another company. I never put in my card information or submitted the form. I thought that was the end of that until I began getting invoices and unpaid invoice emails demanding payment. Payment for what? Filling out their form and not submitting it? I can’t locate a business phone number for them. I submitted a ticket to alert them to the fact I never actually purchased anything from them. Have received no response. Shady business practice at best.

I terminated their services over 8 years ago. They are now sending me invoices for nothing. They are nothing but crooks. I will file charges against them for their scam.

Charged despite disabling auto-renew

Charged despite disabling auto-renew.
Then refused a refund despite being immediately contacted and the service was being prepaid.
Scammy business practice.
Reported the unauthorized charge as FRAUD. Which it clearly is. And cancelled card to ensure these crooks can't charge me again.

Getting worse and worse...

Getting worse and worse...
Support not responding to tickets.
When did respond - mostly poor assisting.
No live chat support anymore for some reason...
They change configurations such as Php version without my consent, causing damages to my clients and my business.
The cPanel I get is very limited and leaves me in need of their so poor support.
They raise prices without warnings.
I stayed years because a good plan and price originated from other company that united with them.
Now I have to find a better solution.
