Absolutely awful! Didn’t receive order, could not contact them! False tracking details SCAM please do not shop!

Unbelievable! I had bought some slime for my niece. She got excited and was looking forward to recieving it. The delivery time said "between 10-20 days". I should've checked Trust Pilot before buying!

After 19 days, I thought it was suspicious that they didn't email to say that my order was dispatched. The purchase confirmation email said their would be such an email, but it never came. I am certain that this is a scam company. How can you do this to people consistently? What kind of business is this? It has been 20 days and not a sign of anything even being dispatched! How can it arrive here if it hasn't left the shop!

I see that they do reply to some of the people here to appear genuine. Reply to me you scammers. Reply to the email I sent you demanding a refund and an explanation. My order number is #9274.

Sadly there are many of these unscrupulous companies that make their money through such scams. We need to collectively contact trading standards, the press and the police. I think this is a fraud. Deliberate misrepresentation. I think they hope people will forget about their money after 20 days.

Why would they not reply to emails? Why don't they have a customer service telephone number?

My granddaughter found this slime online and asked me to order her the smaller one. Wanting to impress her, I ordered the biggest one. She waited with great anticipation. I kept checking the tracking and it only said order confirmed, that never changed. Almost two months later, numerous emails with no response. I’ve finally contacted my bank. Maybe they can help. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Full on scam!!
Update..as soon as I posted this initial review, I received a response from the company asking for my order number and saying they were sorry for the issue. Then, again, silence. No update after giving them the order number or anything. Still no product nor refund. My opinion holds, this is yet another internet scam company.

I read these reviews AFTER I'd ordered the giant plush penguin toy. I was terrified it wouldn't arrive or the wrong thing would appear as per the other reviews. But in fairness it arrived, well packaged and undamaged. It did arrive a little late, but this stuff is crap that comes from china so what do you expect. They must be making a lot of money charging 54 quid for a penguin that probably costs them about 10 pence per unit to buy.

However the product arrived, undamaged, and only a little late. So I can't fault the company much, but based on the reviews and some of the horrendous customer service replies I've seen, I feel like I got off lucky. Won't buy from here again for sure, I'm not pushing my luck

I ordered 3 pots of slime my order number is 7569 and I only received 2 and one of them was well over a month late. I have messaged them 4 times now and haven't gotten a single reply. Customer service on this site is a joke and whoever is running it is useless. I told them if they replied to my complaints I wouldn't of give them a bad review on here so it's there own stupid fault.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDSTER! Took my daughters money then never sent the slime. Cheeky replies then blocked us. No refund and no product!

Where is my purchase then? Absolute joke! Reported to trading standards along with everyone else that has not received their purchases. Send me a refund now!

Don’t buy from this company, the slime is literally the teeniest little pot of not even slime, just brown stuff, it’s not as it looks on the ad at all, and delivery was so late, complete rip off, ridiculous

Absolutely dreadful! I don’t normally write reviews but I am so disgusted with this company I felt I had to. The slime took 7 weeks to arrive. Nothing like the pictures suggest. No scent at all, they’re tiny pots that look like they came from a cheap set! One very disappointed daughter. Shameful company

Not only was my order a month late being delivered, but I didn't even recieve the correct slime and none of it was packaged correctly meaning it all leaked in the package everywhere!

Usually leave positive reviews but this site is atrocious for its customer support. Emails usually ignored or in my case replies with we cannot find your email address please supply order number. Three times supplying and still no update on the order. Order has now been outstanding since 16th December. Feel i have no choice but to issue a charge back now.

Absolutely awful, ordered on the 5th of Jan with the delivery guaranteed by the 18th of Jan and my order is still not here! Very upset daughter, her birthday was the 23rd and the slime was the thing she was most excited for. Countless emails and no reply. I've demanded a refund and still not got that.
I managed to find a phone number for the owner, Jamie Moss, and having called him repeatedly, he messaged back asking who it was. I told him I wanted a refund and he said he can't so I'll be calling trading standards tomorrow.

I ordered from this shop on the 11th of January 2021 and I have been waiting nearly a month so I started getting concerned about my order from here so I emailed them and I didn’t get an email so I waited about a week and I hadn’t got an email from them so I emailed them another time and they haven’t answered ever since. I spent over £20 and still not received my parcel. I would rather buy slime supplies from eBay and Amazon which I would know it would be coming

Absolute scam! Ordered in November, never received. No number to call. Emails ignored and no refund given. I have contacted my bank for a refund. I have reported this company. I would urge others to do the same as they should not be able to get away with this. Lots of disappointed children :(

As I have had no reply to my emails I am contacting you on here. My order of slimes which I made ON 11TH NOVEMBER AS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT still have not arrived nor have I had a refund, which I've asked for. I want someone to contact me. The way you do business is criminal and I've not dealt with a worse company. I feel sorry for my poor daughter who was so excited for her Christmas slime and for all the other children and customers you have let down.

After complaining that the type of slime that was sent was wrong in comparison to the website and that the quality was absolutely horrific (it’s an English address on the website but the stuff is shipped from China) I was sent a message with the most appalling language. They used the F word on several occasion, it was truly shocking. Stay away from this company. I applied twice for a refund and each email said I’d receive a further email with the returns instruction but I didn’t so I had to resort to contacting my bank for a refund.

Has anyone recieved there orders.... I have tried e mailing and phoning them.... Nothing... Trading standards next stop

Do not use this company. I ordered a present for my sister 20/12 as the website advised it will delivered by 02/01. I haven't received the item a month later, no attempt to deliver, stuck in transit in Birmingham somewhere since 06/01, no replies to any emails and no refund. Disgraceful company.
