No stars is not an option unfortunately ... This company is terrible. The slime took forever to arrive and when I enquired it took several attempts to get a response. The ‘slime’ is in pots the size of testers. I also order mini mochi’s for my daughter. They have not arrived. My emails go unanswered and no refund is in sight. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered three slimes on the 28th of February it’s been over a month with no slime

They are fraudsters, DON'T BUY FROM THEM! My daughter is very disappointed, her slimes never arrived! In her words 'this person is rude, nasty and the worst company in the world!!'

Slime didn’t arrive. My son is very disappointed.

Ordered on the 29th March. Still yet to recieve 4 out of 5 products. Emailed them to complain. No help and not even an attempt to make things right. Really advise not to waste your money on this.

Bought this as a gift for someone and the 1 product that did arrive (out of the 5) looked nothing like the pictures.

I bought the product as a gift, going to that persons address in their name. So yes I was a customer and yes I do have order numbers. I’m happy to provide this information to other potential buyers in the hope it shows them just how pathetic a service you run. It was actually my mistake not seeing previous reviews of your site on this platform and google to see what I was getting myself into. Anyway, as long as I stop others from falling into your other terrible service, I would be doing good.

Looking at the other reviews, I would advise you to go on amazon. I found a seller which sells the exact same plushies and has some decent ( 54% good ) reviews. I am so glad I read this before buying.
I would add an image, but can't figure it out.
(ps I found the EXACT same images that YOU used on amazon and ebay and THE EXACT SAME PRODUCTS for OVER HALF PRIZE.) You know what, I'm going to go to amazon instead.
pss. Why are you reporting all the negative reviews? Ashamed people will see the truth?

Slimes never arrived. Very upset children. No reply to emails. I'm kicking myself for not reading reviews before buying. Don't buy from this company.

Dreadful company. Do not waste your money.
Slime took a month to arrive. It’s like a cheap pound shop product. Have no idea how I will get my money back.
You are selling fake products because what you send looks nothing like what you receive. I have wasted £40 on this site that looks professional and really good service. But it’s not at all. I still haven’t got part of my order a month on. The UK authorities should shut this site down. Do not order from them at all. My daughter has been waiting weeks for this slime and to say she is going to be disappointed is an understatement. How can you sleep at night ripping people off like this when money is tight during this global pandemic. Disgraceful.

This company is an absolute disgrace. I’ve waited over six weeks for 2 pots of slime for my daughter who has been super excited.
The 2 pots of came and they are finger sized pots of cheap slime that you can get from the £1 shop. I’m daughter is going to be so upset when she comes home from school. You should be ashamed of yourself taking children’s money off them.

I don’t think you can even grant 1 star. Huge delays, product that finally arrived was not the right size. Slime was absolute garbage. Tracking number was in Chinese.... then for a return they take weeks to get back to you, and then give different solutions. Place is a scam, don’t waste your money. Now I have to pay my daughter back for ordering from these scammers. Awful.

I wish 0 stars were an option in order to leave a review. AsmrGeek are scammers, don't be fooled by their cutesy website.
If you have bought from them and would like your money back, contact your bank, they will most likely be able to help.

Do Not Order from this Company - I have been sending emails to this company asking when my product will be delivered but no reply. Terrible customer service. I want my money back. Does anyone know how I can get my money back on the product that I have ordered but has not been delivered?

Do not use this company. It’s from China not the UK like it looks like. It took a month with no shipping notice - I emailed twice asking to cancel the order and no reply - is still being delivered two months later- it was a gift for my friends daughter and a total waste of money. Do. Not. Buy. From. Here. You will spend money for no product or any form of customer service.

Do not buy from this company. Total waste of money the products look nothing like the photos online. Also emailed a complaint weeks ago but have heard nothing. Twenty pounds wasted and I was excited to receive the order as it was a surprise for part of my daughters Birthday.

I ordered my daughter her oreo slime. She saved from her pocket money. I email them 4 times with order number and screenshot of payment and order number and no response. Asked for refund and no response still awful customer service and daughter out of pocket

Do not use this site. Ordered a giant plushy, the picture on the website is of a giant 70cm plushy but there are no sizes to chose from. What I got was. 30cm plushy which cost me £20, value on postage marked as$5. Just don't buy from them. Item also took 22 days to arrivr

Do not recommend, haven't responded to any of my emails and have asked for my order to be cancelled.
