Terrible service. After cancelling my order they still took the money from my account and never refunded it. They didnt respond to any emails or website chat. I had to contact my bank to get the money back. Do not use this company.

Well I've had to break it to my daughter today that we will probably never receive the slime we ordered from this "company" after reading all of the other bad reviews.
My daughter is so disappointed as she paid for it herself and is now asking why people steal people's money?
We ordered about 6 weeks ago and have received one out of four items, about £20 wasted. I've sent 3 email with no response.
Do not order from these crooks!

Whatever you do and before you think about placing any order with this company..don’t. Arrived over 2 months late, even though they indicated that it will be here for my daughters birthday. Shocking quality and went straight in the bin, arrives from China and looks nothing like it is shown in the website..AVOID

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Waited over 2 months for my order and despite 3 emails, all of which have been ignored, still nothing received.
DO NOT deal with this company, they are absolute con artists

Do not buy from this company. Ordered in December, received one very small pot of slime that I could of brought from the pound shop. Still waiting for the second pot it has now been 5 months! They don’t respond to emails. Waste of £20! My daughter was very upset

Awful, I ordered a pack of six slimes and a small grape one. My grape one came after 2 months, my other hasn't arrived hasn't even been shipped. Iv emailed and emailed nobody has replied to me as of yet, and this email was over 2 weeks ago now. My order was placed 3 months ago. Iv asked for a refund as it hasn't been shipped yet and got no reply. So unreliable and unprofessional!

Awfull company. Ordered two products more then a month ago at same time. No email that it is coming as delivery time wrote 10-20 days emailed them three times no reply on last email i noted that i will contact trade contacts still no reply finnaly one slime came without prenotice payed 10eur for that worth from my view is no more then 2eur still waiting for other slime to come which cost even more not expecting anything. But please people do not buy anything from these people. Total scammers!

I would give it a 0, the customer service is extremely rude and it’s drop shipped website, which means they scam you for fake price to receive money from you, just look at the products on AliExpress; that’s where they find their stuff. I would not recommend ! The refunds are unlikely to be received, due the fact it’s goes back to China!
Thankfully I’ve cancelled the order the same hour after quickly searching the same item on AliExpress!

A terrible experience. I have sent 4 emails, and have had 1 reply. I order my slime two months ago for a birthday. I ordered it over a month in advance and still didn’t arrive in time. Came from China, and was stuck in different places all around the world for weeks. I’m appalled with the customer service. I ordered some slime which was advertised to be fluffy, and it was FLAT. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered it. I thought my experience was a one off, but then I read these reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

My daughter spent her Christmas money on some slime in early January. It turned up yesterday - over 4 months later!!! We had asked for a refund in February but apparently it had already shipped so wasn't possible to refund. What turned up was just your bog standard slime available in any high street shop. Turns out this website is just drop ships from China via Germany by the looks of the packaging!

Ordered slime over a month ago. Three emails (no response), one phone call (no answer) later still not received. Like others before me, I wish I’d seen the reviews. The website is very professional, the customer service is anything but. I’m holding out hope that the slime will still arrive but not with much confidence.

I wish I read the reviews before I wasted my money on this company. I ordered a 60cm plush toy for £40 and they sent me a plush half the size of this which was actually advertised for half the price. If I wanted a 30cm one I would have paid the lower price and got the smaller size. You got my order wrong asmr geek. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. I bad to email a billion times before getting a reply and when I explained the issue they started ignoring me. I've lost £20 and got an insufficient gift. I spent good money hoping to receive what looked like a good present. I got ripped off. This company has a reputation for not actually giving people what they paid for and I wish I knew that before I made the order. I was so excited. You stole from a broke student who saved up to buy a nice present for a loved one. I hope you're happy. One of the worst companies I've ever come across.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I always want to support small business and this is what we get. You lose money and get ripped off for trying to support a good thing. People like you give small businesses bad name.

Absolute scam do not buy from here - slime never came and their customer service is horrible.

Only two of the products ordered arrived. The other two have not arrived after two months, and on the tracking information it seems that one was never despatched. I sent two emails in March about this issue and received no reply.

After my third email in April, over a week since my second email, in which I said I would email trading standards if they did not respond, they replied and refunded me. The refund has not yet reached my account, but hopefully will soon.

Before I had received their reply to the third email, I wrote this review about their customer service. The company then accused me of lying - despite the review being accurate at time of writing (but by the time they saw it, they had replied). They also emailed me specifically about this review, using a sarcastic and impolite tone to imply that I was being dishonest on purpose - which I was not.

This unprofessional response further convinced me that this is very much not a company that I would ever like to use again.

Ordered pink slime February 27th, they responded to my first email after the expected delivery date passed, but none since then. It is now April 8th. Do not order anything from these people.

Ordered an item in January, it didn't arrive, emailed several times asking for a refund, they said the item had been dispatched and they couldn't issue a refund. Then three and a half months later received a similar but far inferior and much cheaper item in the post, not the one I'd paid for. This is a sham operation and I advise you not to order from them.

I don’t often write reviews and I’m not employee by this company. I was worried when I read the reviews left on here but my item arrived and was as described. Ok I had to wait but they say up front how long it will take to arrive.
